They have a small store inside open to the public. The prices are very cheap and there tends to be sales often. If you want to find reasonably priced meat, visit here. The store is small so you might can't do all your grocery shopping but they have a pretty decent selection.

They shorted me 3 items from my order for Thanksgiving. Said they would send them out next day then canceled it. Can't trust them any more. They automated phone system offered me $50 off my next order. I won't be using it. The code is sorry. 50. Hopefully everybody can use it and get $50 off and teach this company a lesson.

It is incomprehensible how many times and different forms they can F-up a delivery. Food is 4 stars. Systems are a ZERO. Orders that are NOT delivered show up as delivered. Consistently miss delivery window. There is no messaging telling you order is late or even that is delivered. I really want to like them because I depend on home delivery, but it only gets worse and worse. AVOID so you're not sitting here at night starving without groceries that were be delivered in the morning!

I typically do not review things, but I have to write something. Google won't let me add ZERO stars. Simply stay away from this company. First order that I placed, after going into "checkout" I was informed that one item was not available. How can item become unavailable between me placing item in cart and pressing checkout button? I thought fine so I removed the item and placed an order. During the delivery 2 items got delivered and the other 14 items were not. I was told to call customer service by the delivery driver. After calling I was informed that I can schedule a re-delivery in a few days - of and by the way a different item is not available any more. How does items becomes not available from the time order got confirmed and delivery date? I do not know - the customer service person was NOT HELPFULL. Company has major problems with delivery and fulfilment. Not reliable. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE. My personal worse experience with food delivery companies.

I have been a loyal customer of FreshDirect for many years, and I am supremely disappointed at how little notice and care/concern were given to alert customers in the Philadelphia area that the company would no longer be delivering/operating. As my primary food shopping source, I am left to seek out other food store suppliers that likely do not carry some of the items that I have bought frequently and have come to rely on over the years. While my review won't do much to affect the company since they are no longer delivering in my area, I caution those that use the service in North Jersey and New York to be prepared to be treated this way at some point. No better way to say it, but their actions this past week just suck.

A very modern facility where food is packaged for delivery to clients who place orders (food and other essentials for the home and or business). It is incredible as to the size and amount of people working at this location. Because of them being here, there are thousands of people who are employed and before entering facility, they all must pass a temperature check, wash their hands and it is mandatory that a mask must be worn at all times.

The service of Fresh Direct has been going to the tube in last 4 weeks. It used to be excellent, now good luck to get your order on time. It is look like that delivery people don't care to give you a good service. It is not only arrived late or not even arrived, but also some items seems to be damaged in the delivery.

Fresh direct is the smarter way to shop for food. Food safety is fresh direct number one priority. Fresh direct is dedicated to safety and quality assurance

I shop here alot. I found out about them delivering to my area (10455) during Cov-19. My job was giving food cards (NYPH) to help us with the increase of food since the children were out of school. I love the quality of the food. I buy mostly organic, vegan/vegetarian. I cant get fresh whole food in my neighborhood. The seafood is really good. I wish they had more variety of some products and some of the food is overpriced I feel. The delivery service is ok. I do give great tips so at times I dont understand the way they bag my food and rude behavior from some employees. I tip extra at the door if they bring the food upstairs and leave it in front of my door. Anyway I am happy with my orders
