I've never been here. I do have a delivery in 2 days. After reading the scathing reviews, I have decided to give them a "pre review " I have come to the "Pre Conclusion" that this will be the worst delivery I have ever made in my 25 years of driving.

Definitely had a good experience. Appointment at 2300 got there at 2100 got out of there shortly after midnight the lumper’s are efficient as well right now good job !!!!!

They are extremely slow took me an hour and 15 minutes just to get checked in at the guard shack 11:00 p.m. appointment I did not get out of there until 4:00 a.m. you're not allowed inside the facility and of course that means there's no restrooms. This is my second experience at this McLane. The first time was even a little worse

After reading all the bad reviews....Something must have changed here for the better.
The security guard was quite nice and check in was easy.
Put your paper work in the back of the trailer and back up to your door.
Capstone app was easy to use.
Over night parking outside the gate.
My appointment was at 21:00
Only here for a couple of hours
Great job guys !!!

This place is BEYOND obnoxious.
You absolutely WILL be here all night, and they will keep knocking on your door to do everything but give you your actual paperwork.
You’ll get a knock to get your lumper receipt, and then be asked to move because one of their yard jockeys need your dock for their trailer, and FINALLY, literally an hour later you MAY get your paperwork.
Ridiculous DC, anyone who is leaving anything other than a one star review must be a relative to one of the people who work here.

2345 appointment time. It's now 0143 and still #3 at the gate. No movement whatsoever. Arrived at 2215. I'll refuse this run in the future. Lumpers overpriced $145.

Arrive quite early and park in the street. Got here at 8:20 p.m. for a 10:00 p.m. appointment, it's 9:30 now and I'm 5th in line. Check in is very very very slow...Will show up at 1700 next time... IF there is a next time..

There is a rest area 2 miles from thos location to park at. I seen trucks parking on the roadway outside thos location but it has signs that says no parking and I wouldn't advice parking outside on the roadway since it's a 2 way narrow road and it seems to be residential pass this location. this location doesn't permit onsite parking so that means get loaded / unloaded and find somewhere to par . Again I seen a few trucks park out on the roadway but that's the drivers risk since I dont know if the police enforce the roadway.

Came the night before to see if they would take us early, didnt happen. You can park out on the street. Appointment was at 3am got in a door at 330am leaving at 610am so not to bad. Got 10hr break in. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is cause Capstone takes forever to count product.

One of the better McLanes out there. Takes a while to get a door, but they unloaded me fairly quickly. Parking on street or at the two rest areas/welcome centers down the road. Florida’s welcome center is nicer and always has parking anytime of the day or night so I’d check there first.

Arrived 10pm for an 11pm appointment. It's now 1130pm and I'm still in line for the guard shack to get checked in. Looks like I'm not the first to experience this issue here. Pro Tip: FIRE the guard checking in trucks. He's only checked in 5 trucks in the past hour and a half. How does he still have a job?

10pm appointment time. It is currently 11:20pm, I’m sitting in line with another 8 trucks in front of me. I arrived at 9:30. I can’t for the life of me figure out why these places even bother with appointments. If you can’t keep them let the drivers know hey your gonna be there for awhile. Plus the guard looks half drunk. This place has earned a spot in my list of top 10 worse places to deliver.

I came here at 11 p.m and go out at 6 a.m.
