Started coming here when I owned a Kenworth and 3 Peterbilts later still coming back I’m a firm believer in having the same shop do any work as they get to know the truck etc and these guys seem to know their stuff Had a few quirks on my current truck after purchase and they figured it all out and took care of it Recently I had a check engine light on. They know I live 45 minutes away and if it was major I could arrange a ride home and back but they diagnosed the issue and actually took care of it in the parking lot. Some sensor?? And I was on my way back home in 45 minutes Great service so far And the same goes for their Fort Pierce location!!

I went here scouting for a job. I had to talk myself up to try again in the diesel field. I just think I wasn't ready for it. It looks like they're fully staffed anyway. And I don't know if my ability is matching with anyone there at the shop and what I could produce for their needs. Just hunting for a job but I can feel good about doing

The Clewiston location didn't have a tech employed at this time. So Ft Meyers sent one to fix my truck, at THEIR shop. They charged me the road call rate and marked the parts up over normal retail too. Worst customer service.

Dropped my truck off on a Thursday. Check engine light and needed wiper assembly replaced. Picked it up a week later and I was leaving, engine light came on again. Different from the original and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Best place in Fort Myers to take your truck. Never had any issues, always top notch with communication.

My experience was strictly with the service department. I had another fuel issue and I called this location and spoke with the service manager Mike. I explained to him what I was experiencing and he told me to bring my truck in and he'll take a look at it. 2 hrs later I was back on the road. Great group of guys!!!! Thanks Mike and the service department for getting me back on the road.

Awesome! That's about all I can say! I stumbled in here as a new customer on a Saturday morning! I was greeted like a long lost friend. They found the part I needed within 5 minutes. Mike the service writer is great! Come here with a peace of mind! Hopefully I'll never need to come back, but if so I'll come back with a smile! Keep up the good work, YOU GUYS ROCK.
