I've heard a lot of negative things about restaurant depot before. But I feel lucky not to have experienced it before. The customer services and manager are rude.They did not listen to the explanation of the customer. Instead, they said that the customer had problem with attitude and would kick out of the store. Is that how restaurant depot run the business?

This location is getting worse day by day.. takes you 20 mins to shop and 1 hour in the line... no one willing to help unless you speak Spanish...one of thr worker sitting on the cart and I asked him politely sir if I can use the cart and his reply was no because he's sitting on it.. sharing his pic below... 95% of the staff and managers are rude as hell...

A lot of fork lifts are driving inside at high speeds. Need to be on the lookout at all times.

I found that meat products are quite cheap. Also found quite some other things not as cheap as C*co, like cooking oil, water, trash bags, etc.

I go there regularly, at least twice a week. Today I got what I needed but yesterday a whole palette of avocados was sold without leaving anything on the floor . I asked if they can PLEASE give me one case FOR MY RESTAURANT and they told me No. It seems lately fruits are short other produce items are short . Bad luck ? Conclusion? Can’t be sure that I will find what I need. And the the forklift operators treat the isles like speed ways. I am revising and giving another star because they reached out. Thank you.

Great selection of products. We went on a Friday. What a mistake that was. It was our first time there and we were like lamb in a wolves den. It’s a total free for all with people ready to run you over if you don’t keep moving. We want to look around and people around us made it uncomfortable. Even a male employee said “these people don’t know where the f they are going”. He was right, we don’t, so deal with it.

50% of employees do not wear masks or if they do they wear them incorrectly. The staff stocking the shelves is extremely rude! I have mentioned this to customer service, hoping something changes

Always a wonderful selection of consumer goods and wholesale products. Their produce is always fresh and reasonably priced, very competitive in the wholesale market this is one stop shopping. I don’t have to worry about shopping other competitors because restaurant depot consistently has prices that are very affordable and reasonable. Being a local business owner my time is of the essence so I truly enjoy coming to restaurant depot getting in and out with my things in a timely manner. The fish department is unbelievably awesome they always have a great selection of fresh fish! Customer service is bar none thank you Resturant Depot for making life a little easier.

One stop shop for everything! We've been customers here for over 15 years. Very competitive pricing (if not the cheapest) and easily accessible for Rt287 which is always helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly too. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of parking. NOT ENOUGH. It's always packed, the drivers persona don't help either. However, they've always had what we are looking for. Even loading out in the parking lot there's staff that can help you with the bigger orders. Nice perk! The coupon books aren't either, great way to save even more money. So if you're in the food/beverage industry and need a place to go, Restaurant Depot is the spot. Service. Product. Easy.
