Limited parts inventory, I went looking for a fuel cap for a F450 they asked me for the truck VIN number, the nearest place they have it was 250 miles away, y went to a auto part store, they did have immediately, to a fraction of Truck Center price, and no VIN number needed.

Just get a hold of Chris he will handle your problem big or small. I request Angel to work on my truck great work every time without fail. Remember you get what you pay for. Great shop

Parts service can be tricky. You best have every detail ready for the older guys, or you're not getting your parts!! Kinda expect it when it comes to this type of work, but sometimes you need the parts guy to be a little more helpful...

They will rip you off big time..

Worst customer service I've ever experienced stood at the parts counter desk for 30 minutes with no one else in there and three parts guys not one acknowledged me and watch them take phones call to help out other customers I would not recommend this place to anyone eventually just walked out

I would highly recommend avoiding this service department. I called on 1/4/19 about bringing a truck in that broke down. I was told during my call that it could be looked at the following Monday. Come the following week i call to follow up on Tuesday 1/8/19. Ask for an update on my truck. The person asked me who are you and what truck??? I gave my company name and said it's been there since Friday. He had to call me back to locate if my truck was even there. Fast forward two days later and i call for an update. Now they acknowledge my truck is there but it has not been looked at. Now 1/14/19 i call for update still no update. Service rep said he would send me an email with a price quote authorizing the def injector to be replaced. I gave him a verbal but he never provided me a price. Absolutely unacceptable. Rush always does business like this. No call that week with update if truck is ready. 1/21/19 truck has now been there for over two weeks for a DEF injector replacement for a Hino 268. I called on this Monday and was now informed that my truck was ready as of 1/18/19. Not once since truck was dropped off did a Rush rep call me to discuss the repair, cost, or timing of getting this work done promptly. I had to make the call every time to get information. And i was originally promised a one week turn around. As you can see all these reviews are 100% accurate. Avoid this company!!!

I had a horrible time dealing with service! truck was not done 2 days after promised. 2 of the three warranty items were not addressed. one warranty item was addressed but I was charged for it and it took almost 3 months to resolve. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend doing so. Parts has been satisfactory at best.
