I marked this dealer to my favorites although I didn’t get any technical support just bought some parts. But the guy at part department helped me for the parts was very nice, talkative and helpful. Easy entry and parking, I don’t want to visit dealers bc that means you have a problem, if I need to visit a dealer this is the right place

But as a 15 year customer of Columbus sailing Kenworth I was set back by the fact that I was given wrong parts for my truck on Saturday morning which was acceptable but it cost me two days in a hotel 2 1/2 days late delivering my load and after making the repairs myself because I couldn’t get anyone else to do them in the pouring rain with an empty long bay hi requested a five minute assistance in the service department they could not comply because they were busy where is the customer service program at anymore it was their fault it cost me 2 1/5 days down time and I couldn’t get 5 minutes 😡😡

I've been working with the parts department and the payment staff for the most part of recent. They're very helpful to me, their interactions pleasant and altogether it's a good experience for us to do business with them here. I'd describe them as thoughtful and thorough. They'll put in their best efforts to remedy or assist in solving whatever issue you might be having.

Slow work. Rude people. The mechanics were rude and arguing with one another. The man that I dealt with upfront was extremely rude and arrogant and lost my keys before finding them and just tossing them at me. He did not do what he said he would. They did not contact me. The office gal seemed friendly enough but have no idea what was going on. This place is ran like a joke.

Brought our 2013 Peterbilt 386 here to get the Front Crankshaft Seal replaced because it requires an expensive installation tool that nobody we found had except dealerships.
The tech broke the Lower Pulley attempting to remove it, apparently by tapping on the outter edge of it. (Should have used the 4 threaded holes to ease it off with bolts or a long prybar and tapped it AT THE SEAM where the pully sits against the balancer)
Mistakes are made but they refuse to take responsibility for it and it’s going to cost $900 for that part if we can’t find a used one.
Plus I’m out a day’s wages, above what I would have lost if the job had went right.
The truck owner is out a days income from the truck.
A motel room for me.
It will cost us around $2000 overall
The only part of this that upsets me is they dodged accepting responsibility for their mistake. .
