The Home Depot

I understand inflation, but there is a difference between inflation and price gouging! What Home Depot is doing is price gouging. I’ve compared several items and Home Depot’s pricing is triple what I can get the exact same make, model, product somewhere else for a 3rd of the price. I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years, but after seeing what is going on and this price gouging is not only ridiculous but unacceptable. We all have to survive and one can’t survive with such a big mark up on.

Always in and out at all home Depot's....

The people at this location were clueless. Had an employee tell me that what I was thinking could not possibly work. Long story short, if I had listened to the employee I would not be able to use my washing machine. Because I trusted my own common sense I successfully repaired the unit and it's been working great for weeks now. But the store did have the parts I needed to complete the project.

If you have been to one home depot, you have been to them all. The stock pretty much the same inventory. The layouts are generally the same. The isles are also generally the same as well. This one is fairly close to the strip, so around CES time there is a lot of people here picking up items for CES. Other than that, it's a typical home depot.

Today was a good at home depot. They have a guy working in flooring who was so helpful. He explained some flooring to me that I asked about and showed me what he was talking about and what I knew nothing about. Although I do now.

I shop at Home Depot at least 3 times a week. Right now they stock the straightest 1 x 4's 2 x 3's & 2x4's I have found. I make toys for the UMC Children's Hospital and the better the lumber, the less work is required to finish toys. My favorite place to shop. Jay Dix

I am a Union local 433 Ironworker that is enjoying his new woodworking hobby. Over the last 3 months I took on quite a big bite with a 3 bedroom, kitchen and garage/attic home renovation. My current DIY Home Projects: Convert Guest Bedroom into Media Center Room - Paints, Molding, and Floating Shelves. Convert overstuffed garage into capable wood and metal workshop with assorted power/hand tools, custom workbenches, shelf storage and an in/out ventilation system. Convert moldy, dusty no floor attic into a clean and commonly accecced storage area. All hardwar and tools used on these projects were purchased at 1 of my local Home Depots. This honestly should be a better rating except for one thing holding it down... I am followed by Assets Protection upon arrival every time. I will admit, there is nothing wrong with these men doing their job, but I have been coming in for years and I don't steal. How many countless hours has HD AP wasted on me? I am harrassed on my returns is what bothers me the most. Not 100% satisfied? Return it the head of the HD policy. I have been denied cash when original payment was PIN used debit. I have been told no I can't return it because it was used and I have to actually argue that it even says 90 days no questions asked right on the box. Why do you want to return it, and not the policy led is there something wrong with it (them.) I will bring in a mound of random leftovers in to return and have to feel the heat from any employee passing by that stops dead in their tracks when they see me and the mound. I am not shy to return items. It's the overwhelming main reason I purchase so many. Will I need 5 rolls of tape or 4? I buy 6, because I know what to do with what doesn't get used. I can afford it, and sometimes it piles up for a few months before I bring it bsck. I am underweight skinny, overly tired rings around eyes and returning like drug addict thieves with multiple different items... Ok, I understand at first... not after a years time though! Lookup my xpro and credit accounts, my entire shop is purchased from home depot. Kitchen appliances and toilets, water heater and all. yeah... I love home depot, just wished they loved me as much.
