Came here because l live nearby and they had availability. Long story short they missed diagnosed my truck and what they recommended was way off. I know this because I decided to take my truck to rush truck center in Tennessee and get a second opinion because I was on a load around that way. I called them to inform them that they charged me 318 dollars and they where wrong about the diag and the manager refused to give a refund or knock any of the 1.5 hrs I was charged even though it was wrong . In my opinion you go to a professional reputable dealer carrying the Peterbilt name because you expect them to stand behind there work and in my case they didn’t at all. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where . Peterbilt of Charleston located in Harleyville SC is about 1hr away I recommend taking your business there if you are considering going to this shop.

So far I have been here 6 days for a power divider and they can’t tell me nothing other than that it’s not be covered under warranty and I have to pay to have it replaced with less than a year on it if you broke down in Columbia sc don’t go to the Pete store you’re wasting your time

Happy with the sales guys and the trucks we've gotten here. The service department is another story. Best to find a shop that understands these trucks represent the drivers livelihood's. They should add a second shift/weekend hours to get drivers in, out, and back on the road. Two thirds of our shop visits have run over schedule with little care out of the service department. One ran so bad that we were on the verge of loosing drivers due to the lack of work they were causing us.

I have the pleasure of living close by and get a lot of what I need from here. My experience with both parts and service has been great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and will explain everything to you . They make you feel like family. If for some reason they don’t have what you need they will tell you where to go to get it. Customer for life at this particular Pete store. Thanks guys

I stop here for a brake chamber they told me they'd get it do as soon as they can and it took 1 day and a half for them to get it done any other place I ever been the accommodate you for such a small job then they do a transmission recall update an hr down the road I start getting transmission fault codes I had to stop at another dealer to do the job right will never stop her again.

Very attentive and customer friendly. I understand there is a process to get a lot of stuff done these days, and these guys do a very good job of getting things done when Paccar or any other manufacturer hold them back. Keep up the great work!
