Amazing 5 star service. Very happy. Had my APU installed on a truck then sold the truck, they uninstalled the unit and reinstalled it on my new truck. Fast, easy and done the way I wanted it. Under the cab in a tight area and no hassles!!! Very satisfied. The unit runs great. Highly recommend.

These guys know what they are doing. This was the 4th time at different locations and my APU kept giving me the red 🔺️, and cutting off. They took me in a day early too. I waited to review cuz I wanted to give it time to run. It's definitely working. Thanks a bunch, my 🐕 love you for it ❤ .

I have a broken APU . I arrived at night, without an appoitment . In the morning , when the service opened, the Guys took care of my problem !!! In three hours I was on my way again ! Very friendly, and professional staff ... Thank you guys for your help !

Excessively abusive. During normal hours for replacing the water pump and a one belt to my reefer they charged 4 hours of work. $ 840.00. Please, truckers are not millionaires. Our family and wallet cry when we arrive at a roadside workshop for any breakage of our equipment. Get paid fairly for your work.

I did call tham after 5 pm,exactly was 5:37pm,they was close but I did explain tham i have the ice cream load -10,and my fan belt just got broke and need quick assistance,they told me to come on by,after arriving there it took tham 15min to change the belt and get my reefer running back again.And after they finish my job they left home,so they really was waiting on me to get me back running,i really,really,really appreciate it.

The worst service ever Stop by them cuz I’m hulling frozen food and my 2016 TK Cooling Slow. If I increase the RPM cooling faster but I have this engine running for 2 years was fine The guy with a long beard just increased the RPM And walk around my trailer for 40 minuets he charged me $340. until I got to my receiver in NC I h spend half tank fuel and the RPM very high Dropped my load hulled another 55F was fine than hulled-01 the trailer working crazy. Same issues wasting time and money if you have option don’t stop by them this is my advice

They do a lot fake jobs! Fix APU there next day fix somewhere else 2 days. Absurd prices. Stay away

Horrible! Will try an worse case scenario everything! Took my apu in to get it checked out. Fan motor would pulsate but everything worked ok besides that. Right away they are trying to tell me its the main computer on the unit. Then it switched to it being some expensive sensor. Then it became a new problem of the unit not igniting. Once it ignited they looked at my fan motor i originally told them of why i brought it in there. What if i hadn't of been standing there? They tried to get me to replace the fan motor for $360 an that i HAD to do a service on it for $550 dollars.. ooooooor i could just get a used system put in for $900.... cause my unit had 5800 hours on it they'd just got with the new used system, though they couldn't tell me how many hours that system would have. I asked about just replacing the fan motor but they would just change the subject. Not going back there! If your a owner operator stay clear!!! If you own a fleet, better not take them for their word over the phone!

I was very disappointed with this Thermo King. I called with detailed information about a heater system I had just installed, still under warranty, that wasn't working the way I thought it should. They made an appointment for me to come in. I rearranged my schedule to make the appointment. They hooked it up to check codes (I told them none were showing) ran my van for two hours to see what the heater was doing (I had pages of notes that told the story) and then told me it was "normal" and charged me 130 dollars even though it was still on warranty. When I questioned them. They "bullied" me out the door. If it was normal they could have told me that on the phone and saved me a trip, their time and my money. If they were helpful, they could have helped me trouble shoot a solution. I got nothing but a depleted bank account and a hassle. I also inquired about the noise the heater exhaust makes which they also said was normal but I later discovered espar makes a muffler/silencer to help with that problem. Not helpful and not good service.

Great group of people who are professionals
