I wish my experience was good like everyone else. Have done drop n hooks no problem in and out but not for live loads. Had a 8am app. Got here at 7am. Only had a half trailer of 16 pallets all same thing. Didn’t get done until 1:40pm. Almost 6 hours for 16 pallets. Smh. Almost loosing two loads including load to get home over 4400 dollars. As a owner operator time is money. It’s hard enough trying to get your detention after two hours. Not sure if I will do any other live loads here. Hopefully others drivers will have better outcome then mine.

Second day as a new employee and they still have not given an employee badge to properly clock in/out. The "training" is horrible. The new employee is expected to figure it out. When the managers are asked questions they shrug you off as if youre a problem. This type of management makes it difficult for new employees to start off on a good foot much less keep at it. It's no wonder they cycle thru so many people. Cooperate needs to step in and watch how new hires are treated.

Absolute disaster. This company can't even give clear directions for truck drivers. They have them going the wrong direction and in neighborhoods where they often get stuck. Customer service for traffic, Sharron, was very rude and had no interest on correcting the issue.

New Distribution Center. Asked the guard when I checked in and they had had their official opening earlier that week. It didnt seem to be doing much business, because being so new. Lots amd lots of parking available, and plenty of room to maneuver my truck and trailer
