Was in Toronto and the almost 13 ton truck was just shaking.. So went west 28 to the I29 and straight to Kenworth in watertown .. Several factors on this while in brookings waiting for a red light the transission popped out of gear its auromatic .. Checked the fluid in Toronto and its so clear you cant see it.. When i finally pulled in to Kenworth pulled in and he checked the Fluid level also but at the rear end i tossed the U Joint .. They had one from sioux falls brought up .. The yoke was a mess but enough for me to get back south to Beresford.. And now the end drive shaft is at driveshaft specialist.. I hope the dozen dougnuts was a hit !! They got me back !!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Great experience here. I came in with a ruptured def tank they got on my truck right away, had to next day air the parts had me going next day. Very well run and organized shop. And a special shout out to Linda, very knowledgeable about the area. If I ever brake down I hope it's near here so I can experience there hospitality and professionally run facility.

Great place. Had my rear exhaust and diffuser fall off my truck. I walked in and asked if they had time to fix it. These guys had a new one installed fast. It took longer to have my maintenance account pay them than it took them to fix me. Very professional and courteous. Quoted future work and Had no problems answering all my many questions. I wish I saw this in other places. Most places can't even look at your truck until next week or underquote the time or amount it will cost to fix your truck. These guys are straight shooters. Thank you for your help.
