If The good LORD allows me to see November 9, 2022 I will have been in this industry for 46 years. Of all the times I have had service done on a truck this has been the number one facility I have ever had the privilege to do business with. I am just a company driver but still they treated me so kind and respectful. They have a very well ran facility . The drivers lounge was very accommodating their shower room very clean they provided washers and dryers at a very very reasonable cost. My hat goes off to the following individuals Jeff Doering”service Advisor “ Jeff’s behavior and upbeat attitude was just AWESOME it was great to get to meet you and thank you for the ride to the motel and your concern for me to get there safely seeing it was after midnight.Thank you Nate for your kindness and putting up with me and your coworker for her taking me to my truck in the shop. Thank you C.J. for taking me to the motel the first day I got there I enjoyed our short talk Thank you Terry at the service counter for trying so hard to find a washer bottle cap for me.Tyler thank you for working on my truck.

Great service and vary friendly staff, always get my truck serviced with them, vary reliable quality service.

Extremely expensive but I got in and got out in decent time they replaced my driver's side mirror very nice people... Unfortunately if I had time I would have gone with another company to save some money

Visited parts dept. Very helpful and friendly. Salesperson came out from behind the counter to personally help me find the air/electric line combo that I needed. Thanks!

Christian was A SUPERSTAR!! Not only did he show up as the on call that night with a great attitude and great knowledge, he was willing to show me things to do “just in case “ it happened again. And in -9 weather at that! Helped me and my daughter get to our hotel for the night so we wouldn’t freeze 🥶 Even though we couldn’t get the truck running, he let them know I would be coming in first thing and felt welcomed by all. We used BigRig Tow to get us there the following day (another great place) and we got in, diagnosed and back on the road in 6 hrs! Christian again helped me on my way with some extras to help tough this weather, I can’t say enough about this place.

I went here to see if I could buy a truck. Amazingly I was pre approved, 10% down, so I was told. Talked with Cory on a truck, decided on a truck, paperwork went back to financing, they then said ok, but with 20% down. Cory went above and beyond to get me in that truck! Took a few days, we got the truck we wanted, 10% down! I can't say enough of what Cory and the guys and gals did for us! No more of trying to buy a truck from a friend to help them out, only to be screwed later. Our own truck! Thank you Allstate Peterbilt!!! Can't say enough of how great you are! Allstate Peterbilt of Eau Claire performed a major repair on my 2014 579 Paccar MX13. The repair work was done in a timely manner, I was kept informed throughout the process and most importantly there was no need for any rework! Thousands of miles later the repaired components are performing flawlessly. Thank you AP Eua Claire!

I recently purchased a used 579 from the sales department at Allstate in Eau Claire. After working with Cory and Rick closely throughout the process, they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Everyone there, ranging from Tom Hentges at All Wheels Financial, to Cory in truck sales, Rick (Regional Sales Manager), Jennifer in Sales Administration, and Nathan (Service Department Manager), has gone way above and beyond the call of duty to help make things go smoothly throughout the process. They remain in close communication with you during your purchase, even after hours when necessary, to ensure you have a positive experience there. I did encounter some hiccups with the truck very soon after purchase, and this is where the 'rubber meets the road'. We have all worked with people who forget about you as soon as you drive a vehicle off the sales lot, after all, the world is full of them... Rick and Cory worked together with Nathan on these issues immediately and took care of them. They went way past what they would have had to do to take care of me, and that speaks volumes about Allstate of Eau Claire's sales and service staff, and the fact that they exhibit strong integrity, something you just don't see often today. At the end of the day, I can't recommend these folks highly enough. If you're in the market for a piece of equipment, go see them, you will not be disappointed, and you will be treated with the utmost in respect. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Cory was very easy to work with. He gave me his cell number so he was always a phone call away. He went above and beyond all expectations to make sure that my truck was ready for the road. He made buying my used truck a great experience. I will definitely go back to Cory for my next truck.

I bought a truck here on August 15th. I was beyond thrilled with my experience! Cory, the salesman bent over backwards to get me in my 2020 579 double bunk Peterbilt. Service and shop personnel helped me get anything or tool I needed to swap my gear from the old truck to my new one. I was really treated great!! I will be back!

Seen a truck they had in truck paper called Corey answered, very friendly and knowledgeable told me straight about the truck I was interested in. Went up to get truck a few weeks later. Corey had a something come up and wasn't there that day but Jim talked with me and showed me the truck. Which I did drive home.. Everything Corey had told was true.. had one small issue came up but Corey made it right.. Would not hesitate to deal with Corey again..
