Picked up a part for a friend of mine that lives in Iowa walked up to the service counter was greeted by a representative in the parts department very pleasant good conversation knew what he was talking about gave me some hints and help for me to relate to my friend that I picked the part up for very nice place very informative I would shop there again.

Wanted to buy a new truck and they didn't return my call. Twice so I bought two new Pete day cabs at quad city Pete think they need to hire more help or jack up what they have Allstate 🤔😏

Tried calling them to rent a truck when my truck was in the shop and they wouldnt even answer the phone. tried calling several times and they kept hanging up before even answering. Edit: they called me shortly after this review and solved the phone problem. Then got my truck sceduled to be repaired in there shop and set me up in a rental truck same day. Because of them i was able to keep rolling during the week my truck was down and make the repair bill plus still make my other bills as well. Great customer service after what started out as a bad experience. More companies should aspire to this level of service. Stuff happens and equipment goes down but they made it personal and really showed they care about the customer.
