NO Customer Service!! They basically told us to go away without even doing a diagnostic test. (I was definitely a bother...hmmm) After practically begging(3 TIMES) someone to determine what our error codes were and if it was even safe to continue driving the office Manager had David do a diagnostic test. THANKS DAVID. Of course, they couldn't repair, no parts, no time and based on other(written review comments) no skills either. Thanks to David we now know our issues and we are off to what we hope is a MORE Professional, Courteous and Competent truck repair shop. I would love to hear from the HIGHER ups on FRIEGHTLINER policy, Customer greetings, Customer assistance..... just plain old CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT!! I repeat, DO NOT!!! Take your truck here for service. They have the most incompetent service department I've ever seen in trucking. Couldn't even write up a proper estimate. I wound up having my truck towed to a local repair shop for better service. The parts department is fine but the service department is a complete waste of time. $5300 estimate to swap out a radiator. Female counterpart corrected the estimate, kept the truck a day and a half called right before closing and said they couldn't do the repair at all because there was traces of oil in the coolant and liability. A Freightliner Dealer. If they can't put on a radiator then who can, no other options just we can't do it, we can give you some numbers to some local shops. I would give them no stars if it were possible. Owner operators beware, this is a good ole boy mom and pop Kabota dealer sidelining as a full Freightliner dealership.
