Well let's see here, I dropped my truck off there for my company, I called on a Thursday afternoon they said call us back on a Tuesday and will give you an update on your truck, so I called back on the following Tuesday, the gentleman in the service department said wait a few minutes so I waited and then he came back and said don't call us no more we will call you. the person in the service department which I don't know his name and if I did I would post it here, said they don't have time to take calls from drivers because they are so busy, he said that he would gladly take calls from our maintenance personnel only. I have never had this happen to me before in my 20 plus years of driving truck. Thank God I was home if I was stuck in a hotel and if I had to deal with this person in this service department I would lose my mind seeing how he doesn't want to hear from drivers.. I only wanted the information about my truck and nothing more..

Needed to have brackets replaced on my custom bumper. Dropped off my Rig on a Monday. Body shop was not able to address my issues despite the fact that it was only a 3 hour job according to Mgr. After 9 days, my bumper still had'nt been addressed. Very disappointed with this incident. Its a shame that Peterbilt cannot find enough good quality personnel to work at this establishment. My Question is WHY, does Jackson Group not pay their employees enough.

A recent experience with Jackson Group Salt Lake was A 5 star, they got my truck in fast and I was able to be back on the road again by next day. great people to work with. On sales department it has been a pleasure to work with Mike Ortiz thru the years. Now taking over Chris Davis witch it has been a great friend since his day on the lease side of things always ready to answer any questions and ready to achieved customer satisfaction. On the rental/lease department another 5 stars since day one after taking over Chris Davis position it has been a pleasure to work with Stephanie Brown, always accommodating and providing a great customer service satisfaction. Salt Lake Jackson Group Truly represents the brand. Look forward to keep doing business with it.

Just bought a truck from these criminals and I was informed it had an oil leak and I asked if was a rear main seal. They specifically told me no that it wasnt so i bought it and had it delivered to Lincoln ne. Come to find out it's a rear main seal leaking so i contacted them to c if they'd help any. They just thought if they didnt contact me that it would go away so I had to contact them again and they said NO. So they sold me a used truck that didnt even get serviced or a D.O.T inspection... Thanks Jackson Group peterbilt... what a joke!

I needed to measure a truck for some graphics. I pulled into the enormous vehicle lot and part right in front of the "Service" department. Walked in and was instantly greeted by a friendly front desk staff. Asked to speak to Ben. Waited about 10 seconds... Explained why I was there and was outside in a flash walking to the correct vehicle... Great customer service. Clean and friendly service. Honest knowledgeable staff. Helped me out quickly and got me on my way. Been even pulled the Peterbuilt Truck forward so I could take better photos of the sides. Could not have been treated any better! Top Notch work! Had a huge assortment of new and used vehicles to choose from if you need an upgrade or new vehicle! Go see them!

Much like the other heavy truck dealers in the area, the service leaves something to be desired. I do not buy trucks grin these dealers. I buy parts and have trucks repaired/serviced. Peterbilt is generally a little better than the others, but still could improve.
