Do not take your truck to this dealership. They are really unprofessional. Got our truck all dirty. Left grease mark all over the truck, inside and out. They left the dirty rag laying inside the truck. Day1 when we called, they did a PM on the truck and worked on things that we didn't ask and had no clue why we dropped our teuck for. Day2 they still had no idea what we dropped off the truck for. Lack of communication is so evident. They lifted the bed to look under the bed and was lazy to love the TV to the side and crushed the TV. Very very unprofessional dealership. Do not waste your time or money with these people. Expect your truck and personal belongings to be damaged and dirty.

I’ve been an owner operator for just over 42 years. I’ve dealt with many different repair shops over the 2 million miles I’ve driven. Hands down, kenworth of South Florida is the absolute best. Very friendly professional and for sure the best mechanics Kenworth has to offer. I’ve delt with many service managers before but Jennifer tops the chart. No funny business. Professional knowledgeable and to the point. She knows how to get things done!! Would recommend Kenworth of South Florida to all I come in contact with. 100%

My automated clutch when out on my KWT800 Called Jennifer the Service manager and explained my issue. She immediately got together with Mark the shop manager and The guys at the front desk. They got the job done on time and as promised. We haul plants and it’s crucial to have a good dealer with great people going above and beyond. This is the only way to run a successful business if you have the dealer backing you up!

Excellent customer service, JD was very helpful! People here are very friendly, easy transaction. Highly recommend it, please go see them if you need to buy a truck. Maria was very nice as well. Definitely will be buying a truck from here again

THE SOD FARM for Kenworth of South Florida
These people are the worst!!! Do not pay them until you are 100% satisfied before you take delivery, once you take delivery and pay them they WILL NOT stand behind their product. We ordered 2 trucks and after many delays they were delivered damaged and not complete. Not to mention the bait and switch tactics! The truck had body damage and peeling paint off the frame and body. The truck was missing the tool box and self winding tarp and the tarp. The drop axle has had problem since day one and has been in the shop several time and they keep replacing the relief valve, which doesn't fix it. By the way they charge for repairs because "it is not covered under warranty" because it was from a 3rd party. Keep in mind that we bought the truck from them WITH the drop axle on it. Come to find out that it has been the tank all this time, it has a crack in it. They refused to fix it (the manufacture did replace the tank and air control valve for us OUTSIDE of Kenworth. So just to be clear the drop axle WAS under warranty!!! The first major break down was the oil line break and you can see where they had replaced it before we took delivery. When these matters were brought to the attention of the general manager they were dismissed and they offered $850 as a courtesy, The fact is that is what they charged for the tarp roller that was not on the truck. They refused to supply the tarp roller, tool box or fix the damage. The other truck did come with a $100 home made manual winder for $850?!?! And the truck was to have the same spec's but with a single axle and it came with crank window not power. Both trucks were to have camera systems also which never happened. DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME UNLESS THEY DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT 100% OR IT WILL NEVER BE TAKEN CARE OF!!! 17 months and we are still waiting!!!

I had a bit of trouble getting financed at first but after that, everything went smooth. I got a fair price out of my old truck for this new T-680. I am absolutely loving this truck. Shane in sales helped a lot, knew the process well & got the job done. Will be coming back here for my next truck

Couple years back I bought several T680’s from Jose Torres and all my units are already pushing 500k miles. I’ve been to this dealership more than 20 times and I’ve never had one bad experience. Their team is exceptional but if I would have to pinpoint one person that consistently gets the job done with no time wasted is Justin Rieman. Justin knows these trucks inside out and has a 99% success rate on diagnosing the issue at hand in order to not waste any time and get your truck back on the road. He’s done this over and over. I’m telling you I never feel bad whenever one of my trucks has a problem because I know I’ll get a straight answer and a quick turnaround whatever the problem may be. Kirenia Martinez working the phones in service and deciding what trucks should get attention first based on an algorithm that apparently only she knows is what also makes the magic happen. She’s obviously not alone she has Anthony that joined the team recently and has shown very effective tactics on getting specific technicians to address specific issues in order to prevent trucks from piling up at the yard. Overseeing the entire team is the master chef, David Cook-the shop foreman. This guy here is the Tim Cook of Kenworth Of South Florida. His great leadership has everybody Working very well served as an advisor when I’ve had issues with my truck outside of Florida that has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. Thanks to all! If I could place 10 stars I would. Justin in service has gone above and beyond on countless times to help us with any questions or concerns we have with our smaller fleet of 6 Kenworth T680's. It has never mattered what time of day, he has helped us out with any issue. I strongly recommend Kenworth of South Florida.
