I brought my freightliner from Idaho falls to take to Kenworth, I did this because I had heard great things about them. I needed a DOT inspection and oil change. On the DOT they found a couple of items that needed done, I explained to them the urgency to get that truck back in service, so the service advisor was able to get a light I needed and installed within a couple of hours and I also had a tire with a gouge in it, they don’t do tire work there but made a call and we’re able to let me know they found a service truck that could go out and replace my tire that afternoon for me. Needless to say I was done and on the road by 7:00PM that evening! Dan was great to deal with when I picked up the truck, very knowledgeable, friendly and I love the detail in the notes on my repair order.

As far as the work quality goes I'd say it's definitely five stars but this last time my truck was in I couldn't ever find out what's going on with my truck. Over three days and three messages and over 9 calls couldn't get an answer

The service was good, the coffee was better. My only complaint was that the service department doesn't open at the same time as the sales and parts departments do. That wouldn't be a big deal if their website would make note of that fact. But unfortunately they only post their sales and parts department hours there. Other then that I had a decent experience there. I just wish more dealerships were as easy to deal with as the people at Pocatello Kenworth are.

I’ve had a truck for the last 3 months working nights in Pocatello and thankfully we have had no major issues. We have had small issues though and every time I’ve stopped at this dealership after 5pm for a hand they have turned me away because they were too busy. All I needed the last time was a fuse changed it turned out, that I would gladly have paid them to diagnose and replace, but they told me to come back in a week. Seriously the least helpful place in SE Idaho.
