One of the best shops I've been. Josh took me in under a load and got me in and out on a DEF issue same day even though he had to engineer a work in on a light weekend staff. Can't say how appreciative I am to these guys for getting me back on the road without missing a beat!

We've been working with MHC Kenworth in Greensboro for the past 1+ as we've launched our new business. Getting timely service is key to our smooth operations. Josh is great and he's helped us recently when we were in a bind, he went above and beyond just when we needed it. Don has also been a great to work with and is always willing to help. I also want to mention Jennifer in parts. She's come through with some great pricing for us on tarper parts that were the best we've found locally.
I HATE dealing with maintenance issues but it's just part of being in transportation. Getting great, timely service make it a lot easier and we appreciate that. Thanks guys, I hope I don't see you again soon ;)

Went here to have a marker light checked out that was allowing water to leak into my cab. During this crazy time extra steps were taken for safety and I understand that. However, I had to wait. I waited for several hours before my repair was reported to me. They had ordered the part and had me waiting on it without asking me did I want to pay a $800 repair bill. The part was $80 the rest was in 3 hrs labor. I declined after waiting 3 to 4 hours in the parking lot. I was charged 1/2 labor. It was over $100. My truck is still under factory warranty. When I called back to see why I was charged, I was told that warranties do not transfer if that warranty was purchased originally by a fleet. Because fleets get special pricing they will not honor it. I purchased this truck specifically because there was some factory warranty still left. Needless to say. I will never return here again. They have lost a costumer.

The greatest quality of a great salesperson is that they listen and REMEMBER what you were looking for and try their best to deliver. Joe did exactly that. I asked a lot form him and did not miss a beat. When I purchase my next truck I will work with Joe Brown once again. I like a person who pays attention to the littlest details and delivers. I purchased a truck at this location Ron Allen was my salesman from the time i started looking for the right vehicle to flying into this location in GREENSBORO, NC to see the vehicle i was interested in, this salesman was right there to handle everything that came in question and to resolving any and everything that may have seem like an issue very swiftly. I can really say that customer service was outstanding on this man's behalf to represent this MHC location as the first person i came in contact with speaks volumes about their current working relationship and to the others around them. I can say without any shadow of doubt i would definitely reference Mr Ron Allen to anyone looking into buying a semi.... . I recently purchased my 2nd truck from MHC Greensboro, a 2019 W-900L. From the very beginning, the sales manager Joe Brown went the extra mile to get me in the truck I wanted. He even located the exact color combo the I requested. Through all of my dealings with MHC, I have developed close friendships with both the service manager Jordan, and the general manager Mark. Whenever I need anything, be it service, parts or just advice they are simply a phone call away and they treat me like I am their ONLY customer. Top that off with one of the Nation's top Master Tech in Brian, MHC is the only dealer my trucking company needs. I am definitely a customer for life.
