Service department was excellent , they got me In and out faster than I thought. They have fine driver lounge but nothing to eat around if u have to wait longer but have to go with delivery

Wonderful staff! So knowledgeable and helpful. Dare I say I’ve found honest mechanic shop. They were quick and fixed problem fast so we could get back out on road. If you need semi repair, this is the place to go! Thanks guys!

We had a unit worked on here and the turn-around was pretty quick but when our drivers picked up the unit they broke down 40 miles away. When they got back to the shop and the service team told us if we want it looked at quickly, pick it up and take it somewhere else. It was repaired the second time and broke down 60 miles away. Then we were being treated like a nuisance just because we wanted our truck fixed correctly. The service writers/manager were very unhelpful and almost childish at times.

So lack of new parts is not the dealership problem. But the kindness and help from parts and service to solve a problem and get me back of the road was outstanding. And they are $10 to $20 /hr cheaper than other dealerships for labor. Glad to meet these people. Thank you

Took my baby in Old River Service Dept. And they were great. And Tony who met my as soon as I got there was the best. Very helpful and kept me informed about my truck. In the future, Old River Service will be my choice for any repairs. And they left me with one arm and a leg. LOL
