Wallwork Truck Center

They work banker hours and there’s only 1 person at the parts counter for several of those hours. Went there just before noon and a customer was at the counter planning out a complete restoration for his truck(hyperbole). How much is this part, how much is that freight, never mind I’ll pay separately when it comes in…. On and on and on you know the type. Kept the 1 counter person busy for more than a half hour. Meanwhile I had called and had my parts set aside ready to pick up. Several other employees came waddling behind the counter, looked at the line of people waiting and just kept waddling right back on with their day. Counter person said they’re sorry but the other counter person was in the back answering phones. When they were loading my parts from the roll up door there were 4 employees sitting around in the back. It was nearly an hour from the time I walked in until I walked out with the parts I’d ordered prior to arriving. 1 hour to pick up some parts. Is there any way you could maybe take one or two of those store room personnel and have them answer the phones around the lunch hour? It only took one of them to help me load my parts. Building is clean and neat. They have a lot of parts in stock but good luck getting them in a timely manor.

Very good people.service and parts guy are very good. Even they are very busy but still fix my truck for temporary in 10 minutes to go back my home and fix. Thank you guys. You’re great people.

Fixed my truck right away. A/c was broken and it's working great now .

In these trying times we went in with a def problem after taking it 3 diffrent pete dealers we needed the problem.fixed before the engine derated. so we got it in the shop and thank god Dennis was working after a few hours finally someone wanted to fix the problem. And I'm glad to say all is well trucks running great a big thx to dennis

I miss the old way of doing business with Wallwork Minot. It’s a shame the way this store has gone down hill. No longer friendly, labor rate is ridiculously high, customer service is no longer a priority. The door has closed and nobody cares. Westlies and Dakota Truck have an opportunity that hasn’t existed since Wallwork opened. RIP Wallwork Truck Center.

Great management! Very helpful and ettentive to customer needs. Great parts counter they always take care of me. Recently I had the greatest experience of a service department in any kenworth dealership across the United States the guys were great the service was excellent they were eficient and Had my truck fixed in a very timely manner like I said the best guys I've worked with in the industry.

Best place to have help with your truck problems hands down. The whole crew shines from parts to service! Every time I am in they treat me like a neighbor, dedicated to fix what I need at a reasonable cost. Best customer service of any dealership I have been in.

Do not like this place. By far the worse WallWorks in the state.. people say they are knowledgeable staff, they aren’t. They are dumb and clueless. Poor management. Parts staff needs to desperately be fired and get people that know what they are doing. I always have to call either Bismarck or Fargo and check with them if Minot has the parts. Just so I know I’m getting the right part. And if they deliver parts they send the wrong parts at least a good 80% of the time.. absolute morons.
