Good service, good people, good prices. Stopped for a few parts. Parts guy found them even though I didn't have the part numbers or sizes. Definitely my go to spot in Mississippi.

I've been here 3 times and every time was great. Iv got out in a timely manner and that means the world when I have no time. Thay have been able to find whats wrong with the truck and tell me what my options are so I can make the decision I need. Every time is to get it fixed and they fix it and away I go. I've called other shops and they say 2 weeks, this shop tells me bring it in. They have other trucks in shop but they seem to prioritize according.

My water pump on my CAT needed replaced, it had dumped all coolant about 10 miles away. I was able to plug the weep hole, fill with water, and get to Dobbs. It was almost closing time, and the engine was hot from running. I was fortunate that they had an open bay and the pump on hand - these days the big shops are usually backed up for a few days or more. I spent the night in a local motel and the water pump was replaced before end of the next day. I am thrilled with their service. It doesn’t always work out so smoothly, but today I’m thankful. If you’re in the area, give them a shout, you just might be surprised !

I went into this shop yesterday 8/4/20. I needed a check and advise for a speed sensor and vibration. They went on to tell me that I needed to replace my transmission and clutch for $7,000. What? I spoke to my company since I've only had the truck for 2 months and said they the transmission and clutch were replaced in October. My company said take your truck somewhere else for a second opinion because that's crazy. I drove literally across the street and they drove and inspected the truck. I needed the yoke to the transmission fixed and the rear seal bearing replaced as well as the speed sensor replaced. It cost me $700. Peterbilt of Meridian put a bad taste in my mouth after that but GOD bless!

Kind of disappointed i needed a Factory stainless steel bolt that goes into outside visor peterbilt truck and they tell me they don't stock it I mean I know bolts don't take up that much Room on the shelf he tells me to call fastenal I guess maybe I can get a galvanized one at Walmart

I would've loved to put a review of service but you have to answer your phone to get customers. Tried all day to call. No answer. They must be soooooo busy they dont need my money. Dont think I'll try again. Besides I fixed it anyway.

there is no need, rudeness happens. my response was just as if not more rude. I always respond poorly to rude little boys who think they can make orders, instead of speaking with respect and courtesy. I will not return.
