Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Didn’t start on the truck till 3 days after the appointment, then we’re only working on it nights. Claimed it takes 3 days to change an HVAC part that I takes maybe half that. Finally got the call that it was done, get a ride to get it and “it’s blocked in, going to be 2-3 hours, but we have a drivers lounge!”. Terrible, no sense of time nor urgency.

I broke down in Portland on April 12th, 2022 and was towed to this dealership and it has been a nightmare from day one. They told me that it would be approximately 10 days before they could look at it. So Instead of spending $2k for hotel and finding out they don't have the parts I flew home. On 4/20 they said it was fuse that was causing the SCR default code to come and shutting down my truck. Now he did say that he could be a electrical issue, so I waited two days to call them back and he said the SCR was fixed, but the heater issue wasn't and they would need at least 24 more hrs to take apart the dash and the part needed would be $1500. So I said forget about the heater and when can I picked it up? It would be ready by Saturday morning. So I flew back on Sunday and went into the dealership Monday morning and paid the bill of $1692.98 and the SAME default code was still there. So they made excuses that they told me it wasn't ready, which isn't true. So many other issues and the truck is still not ready! I got pictures where part of the dash was taken apart and not put back together. My Qualcomm wasn't working and my camera system was unplug?

I took my brand new semi with 34000 miles to pape to have an oil change done 16 hrs later I was setting on the side of road brke down I called spoke to Isaac he said sorry manager Matt would call no call so on Saturday I spoke with Levi the oil change was done improperly or gasket was at fault they paid the bill for repairs and tow refuse to repay the 1680 I paid them to mess up my truck won't cover the hotel stay or pay the lost time and f8nes for load I was under says there not liable please never take yr semi here they don't care about the little guy and Matt will not refund yr money if they mess yr truck up worst experience I've ever had in the trucking business

Had our oil changed on Tuesday, got the truck back Wednesday, was broke down not even 24hrs later on Thursday evening. The truck dropped every bit of oil that Pape just changed. They failed to put a filter on correctly, resulting in 3200$+ worth of damage & labor, plus the cost of the tow, a late load, & 2 nights in a hotel. Would not recommend letting this dealership work on your truck. 👎 The photo provided hardly show just how much oil blew out all over the entire engine compartment.

DON'T BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE! I drove my truck to them for diagnostics, they said they will do it same day late night or next morning. After 4 days they call me and said the repair cost is $5000 because the ECU is fried out, and it wont start. They were able to drive it in the shop but the ECU Died in the shop on its own. I believe they messed it up or even did it on purpose, because when I got there and entered the shop (with a MAGA hat) they all acted rude and weird.

These guys here are a great bunch great attitude. Would definitely bring back any work I have to this place
