The ladies here were so friendly and nice to me. I liked their genuine personalities. Coffee was hot and fresh everything was nice and clean. I would recommend this travel center to any truck driver. Diesel island was clean and so were the restroom. The shelves were clean and stocked. Great job guy’s.

James White one of the employees here is absolutely amazing I pulled up and was parking in prime parking and he comes out with my window tag and receipt in hand! Simply the best customer service I have ever experienced at a pilot!

Great service!!! I pulled into pilot after a long icey day on the road , James , an employee greeted me as soon as I got on the lot asked if I had reserved parking,which I did before I even pulled into the spot he was in and out of the fuel station with my receipt in hand, asked my name and had the tape ready haha. I’ve NEVER had that happen. If anything the employee was rude and ready to tell me reservations only. Not James white! I was greeted with a smile had to write a review! Me and the guy next to me were literally shocked .

Went here and paid for a spot and parked. All night someone was working on their own truck in one of the paid parking spots loud as ever waking me up all night and the employees here knew and kept on letting him do it. Also went inside and noticed many customers not wearing masks. Will never come here again.

Suspicious Credit Card Activity. I purchased $22.00 of fuel at the pilot on the gas side as they have a side for large diesel trucks as well. Immediately received an alert for a for a $151.00 charge from the pilot. Because they were replacing gas pumps at that time, I immediately thought there was a skimmer on the pump and hackers have got me. Calling my credit card company they saw both charges and agreed to protect my card from the $151.00 charge. A call was placed to the Pilot to make notification of the suspicious activity. The employee I spoke with said this is there standard practice. I stopped at several more Pilot stations along my travel and found that it is not a standard practice among Pilot stations. The credit card company nor I have heard of such of a practice and I have traveled every State. Be careful and check your charges immediately if you don’t get immediate notifications from your credit card company.

Horrible. At 8:20pm we had issuers with our truck lights and the employees were complaining because we were pulled under the trucker awning by the door to use the lights while we tried to change fuses. Demanded that we moved AFTER we went and spent AT LEAST $20 in the store. Pretty rude that we are now sitting in a dark parking lot with no headlights trying to find a blown fuse. I will definitely never stop at the gas station again as we travel through the area A LOT. Employees have bad attitudes and were just all around unfriendly.

I've been stopping at this pilot for years as my midway between kc and Joplin. It has always had good fuel at competitive prices and the food at the hot bar never disappoints. The coffee is always good and the store is clean. Can't complain. I recommend it.

Stop at Pilot often. Usually plenty of parking. Bathroom are always clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. Has large amount of food to go available. Gas prices usually close to the lowest. I use a loyalty card for 5 cent gas discount. Now that adds up.

This Pilot Travel Center was clean and orderly. They had an excellent selection of beef jerky and brats, hot dogs, etc. Fuel was the cheapest in the area. The parking area was incredibly spacious. Staff was polite.
