First Parts guy was great, Manager was not the nicest because I parked my semi and dryvan trailer in front of parts. Didn’t want to tell her an employee told me to do so because they cared to look at it to make sure they’re selling me the right part. Second parts guy who one walk-by-service-guy was kind enough to find was great also he sold me more parts. I did get the name of the service guy who went above and beyond (he’s not the guy that asked to pull in front of dealership) to help me get the fittings/connectors that he believed needed to get replaced with it. His name is Robbie. Unfortunately I went somewhere else for service bc they’re booked out till January, but if you do deal with Robbie, you’re a winner I l’d say.

I would never in my life come here again,who charges 404.75 for 2hr service,then 80$ for computer check-up,take HEAVE to this WARNING STAY RIGHT AWAY,TRIPLE-T WILL ROB YOU IF YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ENGINES...

This place is hands down amazing for customer service. We were on the road when a sensor went out, so I called them up and they were able to fit us in even though they were fully booked. We dropped the coach off at 7:00 and it was ready by 11:00, they even fixed some recalls even though we didn't ask them to. Thanks Mr. Davis for an amazing experience!!!

Just before we were to leave on a 6 week trip in our RV, the Check Engine lamp lit. Took it to Triple T and pleaded for help. Joe, the service manager, was very pleasant and professional, and did his best to help. Despite the shop being loaded with work, we were on the road 2 days EARLIER than his estimate, just losing 1 day of our trip! Overall a great experience.

Let's start with the sales people....... top notch!!! Charlie went above and beyond my expectations! The whole process took a couple hours. Anthony in finance had me a great rate in no time. Will be my first choice for my next truck!
