They have after hours service, but good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone after 7pm

After I initially refused to have my DPF filters replaced, I asked to have them sent for cleaning. Mr. Caleb, the manager of the shop estimated for DPF filter cleaning up to $1,200 (out of which $600 is for cleaning itself and another "up to 600" for labor). We got an invoice for $2,066. Than I spoke with Sarah Milner, who acts as a general manager. She has no authority to do anything so I ended up having to pay $2,066 for DPF filter cleaning. So, stay away from this shop, bunch of liars

They always do a great job fixing a problem but I couldn't get anyone to answer my questions. It took me calling and leaving messages and even then No call backs. Finally got someone in the service center to answer and found out the truck was done. Went to pick it up and it had set so long the batteries were dead. I'm giving 4 stars because I'm taking the holiday season into consideration.

I've had nothing but problems with this dealership. If you put something in the shop with a specific problem they always tell you it's something else, make a repair unrelated to the original problem to rack up labor charges, and then eventually make the repair you asked for in the first place. This has happened every single time I've put my truck in the shop. The sales department is also difficult to deal with. We came in ready to buy a truck, no financing necessary, and the process still dragged out for days. The parts department is incapable of setting parts aside for will call. It's pointless to call ahead if you still have to wait for everything to be gathered and processed. The second star in this review is for the price of parts. Parts prices are usually cheaper here than other dealerships. Lucas oil/fuel treatments are cheaper here than anywhere else in the nation.

These guys got me up and going again very quickly. Also very professional, I had my stress relief animal with me (my siamese kitty) and I had no pet carrier and they didn't have a problem with her just walking around the lounge although she was lying on my lap most of the time. Very nice people here I highly recommend!

Had us test drive a lonestar milk truck sold the boss older and tore up rusted version of the one we actually was told was purchased and Erick knows this was a wrecked truck painted over hood. Second screw up the other was Warranty on rebuild engine.

These guys are super super cool Very helpful and respectful. Fuel motor was bad. Fixed it same day. Highly recommend this place.

I am the owner of the world's only replica of the AOE Optimus Prime truck from Transformers (social media keyword search "Optimus Is Here"). We had an event last weekend in Wichita Falls, and we needed to clean Optimus for it after a 25-hour drive through bad weather and bugs. That is why I am grateful to my Caleb and my new friends at Lonestar. They were gracious enough to bring OP into their wash bay at the WF location so I could get him ready for the comic expo. They supplied everything I needed without hesitation, and were more than accommodating during my time there. Their wash bay area was the perfect size and generally clean. They even greased Optimus for me, and stored it overnight for 2 days until the venue was ready for us. Though our visit to Wichita Falls was short, I would have no problem coming back to these guys again when we are in the area. So my sincerest thank you to Caleb and everyone at Lonestar for the hospitality last week. Optimus and his driver are forever grateful! -Joe
