Today at around 06:15 I go inside to see about getting service done on my truck. I go inside and stop at first counter. The guy there sees me walk in and instead of asking me what I needed, he continued talking to one of his Co workers instead of acknowledging me being there. So I noticed a sign pointing towards the service department, so I found my own way there. Once I get there there is someone, who I assume was a service counter employee. Once he saw me he asked me what I needed, while at the same time he's sitting playing a video game on his cellphone. I told him my truck was having an electrical issue with my headlight not working. The whole time I'm telling him my issues with the truck, he's just busy playing his game on his phone. After I finish telling him my problems with the truck, he then asks me if I had a trailer. I replied no. Then he says it'll be a while before someone can look at it, because they would need to power my truck down before they can test it. I ask him how long is a while. He replies and says, at the end of the week. I understand that all kenworth shops are busy with other trucks that come in. But at least make yourselves look busy if that's the case. Parts counter was busy talking to his Co worker instead of assisting a customer. And service guy is too busy playing his game on his phone to acknowledge a customer professionally.

These guys have went out of there way on a big repair for me. Service manager Mrs Dana, and her crew were great. They made a very hard time into a not so hard time for me. And did it really quickly they even worked with me on the cost of it all. Thank you guys

If you are a Kenworth owner and tired of being mistreated by other service shops come here and enjoy honest and professional team. I've been coming here for couple of time already and always feel confident that I'm at the right place. I'm not afraid that I will be ripped off or mistreated. This service shop will take care of your truck right away and do their best to help. Moreover their customer service is great. Any time you call them they do their best to help you. Their manager Dana is always available if you need to talk to her. She doesn't hide behind her employees, like everywhere else, and always there for your needs or questions. What I like the most about this place- they keep their promises. Nowadays is impossible to find people keeping their words. So grateful to have to know you and deal with you. Thank you for your amazing service and great personality. Highly appreciated what you have done for my Kenworth. Highly recommended!!!! Come and enjoy great service!!!

I order this part with the engine serial number. They made a mistake and did not want to reimburse me because the package is open. if I buy a part from them and trust their ability to sell the correct part . How will I know if it is the part or not if I do not open the package?

Dana is a nice woman, kept me and my driver up to date and was helpful. Though it took 2 days to do an oil 🛢 change, 4 day's to get the windshield replaced and total of 4 1/2 day's to get my diesel tank turned and bumper bracket replaced. The place needs more mechanics, and the one's that are here need to be more organized. Upon our primary we were told certain parts was already on location, then the next day it was ordered, the day after that it wasn't installed. The bathroom is always clean,the staff is friendly, though the driver's lounge could use a woman's touch. I handled the trash 🗑 personally which I shouldn't have to do,but aye I'm not a pig. If you have time to kill and not worrying about loss of income than this location is perfect 👌 otherwise find a well organized location. I've also seen many truckers returning due to professional disregard. To all my fellow Truckers. Be safe and alert.

Third KW I've been to for an issue and it looks like they might have actually got it right. Fingers crossed but so far five star service in my book.

I called this afternoon about having my truck serviced, and they all were nice and polite. Got up here and it didn't take long at all to bring my truck in. They found the problem and didn't take long to fix. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much kenworth for the good work and service.

DO NOT USE THEIR SHOP !!! Very bad experience, Got an estimate to replace o rings and reseal the injectors, a job that was supposed to take 6 hours truck was pulled in the shop on Thursday afternoon. Called to check on Friday morning and was told we working on it, no other information, called couple of more times, same answer: we working on it, when I asked when the tuck is going to be ready, no answer, just bs all the time by three different people on the phone, last person said "maybe truck will be ready on Monday afternoon/evening", no guarantee. So the 6 hours job turning into 5 days. Driver is staying in hotel, company is losing money, because of lazy or incapable people working in this place. Another thing, the towing company they recommended and we used it, gave us an estimate of "less than $300" to tow the truck for only 20 miles to their shop, and when KW send us the bill I see $475. LAIRS and THIEVES. WILL NEVER EVER SEND ANY TRUCK IN THIS SHOP !!!

location is small . But the Hospitality and service dept is great ! My husband was treated like family ! He’s had nothing but good things to say about the service he received at the kenworth. Not only did they repair the truck in a timely manner , the lady in the service dept called and got my husband into a hotel and arranged for a Complementary Ride to the hotel and back to dealership the next morning. It’s nice to know that people still care for others . Nice job Kenworth in keeping the customers you’re top Priority. More dealerships should welcome people this way. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Called in because I was delivering near here because there was a campaign (software update) for my T680. Dana & KOCW welcomed me like I was apart of there family. They got my truck in the bay within minutes after I checked in. They advised me of a few other issues I was having after checking out the truck which would get my truck up to its 100% potential!! I am a single truck owner operator so every penny counts, so they helped me with the cost of the part and are going to have me out of the shop by the end of the day. Thank you so much for welcoming me and the kind service from all the staff. Our Conversation were amazing and I will always come back to your shop for all my work!!
