Repaired my truck very quickly, all went well and happy

I’ll start out saying the service department was excellent. Called last minute for a oil change and got me right in even changed it outside in the rain no room in the shop for more trucks. Guy that done service was friendly helpful no problems there. The problem I have is they charged me over double for my oil and 2 fuel filers. Never ever have I paid over 100 dollars for each filter. I even called the other store performance owns and he quoted me prices over half off of what Albany charged me. I’m not a fleet I’m a one man show so every dollar matters to me 600 dollars for a oil change that should’ve been 450-500 at most. And btw they ask if your a local when paying so unless you want to be fuc*ed over on prices then you better say yes.

This dealership is awesome!! Got us in fixed and back out on the road in less than 3 hours!! The staff is amazing!! 5 stars hands down!! Thank you so much!!

Great customer service and service is top notch!

Came in for an overheating issue. Ended up wanting to have the engine rebuilt figuring that since I was at a Peterbilt dealership they would do the best job on my Peterbilt. Boy was I wrong. It took them 46 days to do an inframe that I was originally told 2 weeks. Doesn’t help that the parts guy likes to order one part at a time and take days to do it. Upon day 38 I drove down to see the progress of the truck (since it was constant excuses over the phone) I get down and half of the work is done....ON DAY 38 of this rebuild.. finally comes day 40 all of the parts are about on and coolant is being added and now they found the original problem for why it had overheated in the first place...on day 40 that’s right you heard correctly... 1 week later and an additional $1200 brings me to day 46 when the truck was finally done. Not even a week later this trucks rebuild engine with all new gaskets leaks more oil than when it came in, and the Jake brake works half of the time (worked just fine when it came in) I will say they were half way decent about it and helped me somewhat on the labor. Which then came out to be a $15,000 job. But regardless this shouldn’t have taken this long and I sure as hell shouldn’t have oil leaking after spending that kind of money..

Terrible place!!! Took my truck in because my truck wouldn’t turn off with the key. 14 days later, i finally get my truck back and I’m beyond pissed......been ready to go to work. Picked up my truck Friday and took it home so i can leave First thing Monday morning, being that i only stayed 30min away. Long story short, i couldn’t leave because trailer lights had zero power, brake lights didn’t work, windshield wipers wouldn’t work and my air condition wouldn’t work. Took my truck back to them and they so called fixed the problem another 7 days later. Got my truck back again and everything worked like it should. I was happy to get my truck back so i can pay for this high repair bill. So far I’ve been gone 7 days but now I’m in Las Vegas, in the middle of the desert and my air condition goes out again. I take a look at the compressor and see what’s going on, maybe a plug came undone or something......Nope the wires burned up at the compressor all the way to the fire wall. That shop will never get my business again!!!! 21 days down and a half assed truck back, NO THANK YOU!!
