I have a wonderfully large leak in my coolant reservoir. So I called Freightliner and got the run around. Parts was the best experience I had as they have the parts I needed. However, if your truck is in the shop they offer no shuttle service, couldn't recommend a hotel and/or nearby truck stop to wait at and wasn't sure on Lyft, Uber or a taxi service.
If you can redneck, duct tape and bailing twine your truck to get to another Freightliner dealership then I would highly recommend it.

Road service came to investigate the def pump failure which lead to cable harness wires break that had to be repaired at the shop for thorough investigation to fix 3 bad wires. All good after 2 days in the shop! This is one of the more knowledgeable shop
Now, if you get a none experienced shop on it then you would have to pay for def pump plus wire harness n down for at least a week.

They kept my motorhome from the last week In april till May 23! No one would return my calls. Quoted me a price and when I asked for the total it was over a thousand dollars more than quoted on items I was told they were fixing! Jimmy. Service manager found two Billing errors that, had I not questioned them, I would have been wrongly charged. Not to mention that the desk clerk rolled her eyes back into her head when I asked to speak with the service manager. Poor customer service skills. Ladies BEWARE.

Great service folks working both shifts. Personally, Terry is my go to tech. 4 stars for not having most common parts in stock readily available many times in the past. As far as Sales Dept, stay away from Harry Powers. Had very bad experience dealing with him.
