This place is amazing the customer service is top notch. Kristina Carmichael at the front desk and the General Manager were really accommodating and friendly. I recommend this shop they fixed my issue and I didn't need to return. The Drivers lounge was also comfortable and there is a shower as well. Overall great experience.

Kristina Carmichael, is one of the best customer support representative that I’ve ever had to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. She done what she said she was going to do ie call when she said she was going to call. And very knowledgeable on what was going on with my truck while it was in the shop. I will recommend anyone to ask for her when they need any work done.

We brought a truck in for our fleet service company to have some repair work done on the electrical system. My service advisor was Michael smith, I can say he was one of the easiest and nicest people I've ever dealt with in any kind of dealership. Went out of his way to make sure we were informed about what was going on with the truck got it back to us way quicker than we would expected. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any vehicles in to put under his care.

Middle Ga Freightliner was very helpful when our RV had a fuel leak and had to be towed in. Their after hours service was responsive and dispatched a tow truck when our roadside assistance could not. The service staff with Kristina Carmichael and the Manager Cody with all the mechanics were great. They shuffled things around to help get us on our way and allowed us to stay in our RV on their site. They also kept us up to date on how things were going, including working with our warranty company. Thank you for all the help!

Had truck in shop for 2 1/2 weeks. They were supposed to diagnose and fix a busted heater core, flush the system, and check the system to make sure everything was running properly. Once out of shop only on road for a couple of days before another part of the system goes bad. This shows me that they did not do the job they were paid for. Afterwards received a call from someone with their shop who was rude and did nothing but explain how they were not at fault. Do not waste your money or time here.

Good customer service! This is a small location with limited parking compared to what you might be used to at other dealers. They seem to stay busy. The parts department is most helpful. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will try to get it quickly. The sales department is located in what appears to have been a house type brick building at one time converted to a sales office...But all in all its nice to have here locally for convenience!
