The worse place to go. First of all they know how to make a small business fail, just prepare to be out of work for at least 2 months. We took our box truck in for it going 40 mph, making a weird noise, and a light on dashboard, it took them a month to get fixed. 2 days later we had to take it in for the same exact problem. Took it back in and it took another month to fix and all of sudden the truck has additional issues and extra charges, so clearly it wasn't diagnosed properly the first time. For a busy place, you'd think they will hire more service techs and be open on Saturdays but NO. And the labor fee is out of control, when you call you hear how the tech has been working on it for this many hours but how is that even possible when your truck sits there for months. Orlando freightliner do better, your customer satisfaction score is a zero in my book.

Got me in quick, found future problems w/ my truck plus fix the issue I was having. Got me back on the road in 20 hrs & would have been sooner if the tow company didn’t drop the ball. Great & friendly service. Hopefully don’t have to come back but would be glad to use them again.

This is the worst service center I have ever been! Unit is been sitting since Feb 7 and still today March 17 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Same answer every time there are trucks before you, no techs, foreman is off, etc etc etc. But then they will bill you 50hours of labor🤦🏼‍♀️ This is unbelievable. Don't bother to talk to General Manager, he won't care after all he is hearing complaints every day and can't handle one. Safe your self time and money if you think you are bringing your truck here for a solution will cost you a lot more and won't have the solution. The same part if I order in parts center will cost a lot less than what I'm been charge because is on service, and to make it better, They want to charge me for the shipping as well of the parts🤣🤣.

Amazing customer service! Called them about a coolant sensor while we were on the road. They took us right in and insisted we let them fix a recent recall on the fuel rail. Kept us updated daily and finished the work a full day ahead of promised date. Highly recommend!!!! Forgot to give special thanks to Sara and the entire Service team . You’re the best!

Ever since I started working for a local mom and pop truck company, I’ve been bringing in my 2022 Cascadia for service and repairs here. They have always been good and straightforward about any issues. Recently however, I ran into a predicament where I needed some body work done without my boss knowing. I came in looking for a part and Jim in parts was able to find the exact part but more importantly was able to turn a sale into a service and help me fully resolve my dilemma by getting Roy from the body shop involved and he was able to help me get it painted and installed rather than me attempting to buy a simple part and try to paint it and install it myself. Through them working out a better solution than just me buying a part and installing it, I was able to come out with my truck looking good as new, with the part, paint, labor, and install done for the price of the original part alone. Thanks to the courtesy wash, you would think I was driving this thing off the lot for the first time. I’ll post a pic so you can try to figure what was fixed, because honestly, that’s how amazing of a job they did. Huge shoutout to Jim and Roy for their time and effort!

I spend around $4,200 When you call is not friendly. Dont give time enough to talk,they rude and they also takes way to long to serve you. I was bad experience for me.

This place just tried to charge me more than triple the price it would cost. And wanted to keep my truck for 3 days. I went to a shop down the road called CTE repair, and the repairs cost me $240 in and out same day instead of almost a $1000. To everybody listening, do your best to stay out of Freightliner shop.
