As an owner of a fleet I encourage everyone to stay away from this shop. Their service crew should pick up their pay checks in a ski mask, they are using market conditions to rob people. They are taking advantage of the supply chain and poor labor market to gouge the hell out of us all. Even if they are the closest option spend the extra tow money to go somewhere else. You’ll save thousands.

Terrible experience I when for up date the software of the computer P1584 my truck was 7 days ended with $2730 bill But my truck still broke down
I had metting with the Gainesville piterbillt Manager he reach immediate the Kennesaw owner, Both helping and assisting me to fixed my truck that still broke down Kennesaw pitterbil owner provide the part that my truck need without any cost at all

Over $700 for nothing. Now I've been to some horrible shops but this takes the cake. Seems like the only thing I was really charged for was daily truck storage and a lazy rapid assessment. Because no work was being done. I went in for an air leak, check engine light, trans, and power was going to my reverse light. Still having those issues.They didn't do even half of what I brought it in for originally. But can come up with an almost $800 bill. Drivers be warned if you like horrible service go right ahead and have at it! Just unacceptable. This was my first and last time going here.

Worst service I ever been, they hold my truck 8 days and have done nothing, but charge me 1500$, always when I did call for updates was there an employee at service department that didn't had nothing to do with trucking service,never knew what's going on, like she got there by mistake. Avoid this service if you can.

Worse service EVER! Besides the GM Wes my experience here has been one disaster after another! Over 2000 I spent and all I’ve heard is what is not THEIR responsibility to fix!! I am not a fan of Kenworth either, but definitely NOT a Peterbuilt fan and WILL NOT be returning! Like another review I read, my story is too long to post! Customer service in Kennesaw is non existent!
