My air conditioner went out in 100+ heat. Stopped here to have them look at it. Ryan service manager very knowledgeable ran the shop perfectly. Couple hours on my way. I highly recommend them. Got me in and out. Thank you. Excellent customer service.

Very nice dealer. I was on the road to Houston, had an issue with a check engine light, they allowed me to come and pulled the code immediately.
Jared, the mechanic in the back was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to this Peterbilt again

They were really accommodating and got to work on my truck pretty quick. I thought the cost was too high, but what are you gonna do, go somewhere else ,when you drive their product you can't shop around for a better price when the other shops haven't examined your truck. Too bad paccar hasn't seen fit to hear consumer complaints about what their dealers charge for simple diagnostics and repair.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service while trying to order parts. No return phone calls on whether parts have been ordered or not. If you call and get put on hold plan on staying on hold without any explanation and if you call back plan on getting someone rude trying to justify why it’s ok to leave someone on hold for 20 minutes without ANYONE coming back explaining the person you are trying to speak with is with a customer. I think customer service training needs to be performed. Some people have no business talking with customers. Absolutely will not deal with this company again. Will take my business elsewhere.

On Thursday afternoon one of our Peterbilt Fleet Trucks lost his AC, I called many shops in the area and everyone was super busy. I also called Jason at Peterbilt of Lafayette, Jason went out of his way to try to help us out and get the truck fixed. We bought this truck new for our fleet and this service/repair was as good as it gets for such short notice. Jason got us in at 7AM Friday morning and fixed the truck as fast as he could so that we still made our delivery and pick up for the next load. If there were more people like Jason in the Service departments around the country this industry would be a way smoother operation. Top notch service and estimate was spot on to final bill.
Thanks for everything I will send you as much business as I can whenever in the area.
