Please people don’t take your truck to this dealership they told me that I needed a new transmission and clutch so I had a shop put it in my truck truck still did not work had it taken to Peterbilt they call and say I need a new transmission and clutch put in the truck I tell them that I just put a brand-new transmission in clutch in my truck and they said well whoever did it didn’t put anything new in the truck I said no you’re incorrect because I went to the shop personally and watch them do it when the truck was dropped in your lot it had a new transmission and clutch they’ve had my truck for six months now and want me to pay for a transmission and clutch I want them to find my transmission and clutch that was in my truck

My first experience with them months ago was less than perfect to say the least but every time I have been in for service since then they have always done a great job and got my truck in quickly sherry and Jeff in the service area took care of me on an oil leak issue I was having. They really went above and beyond to get the truck fixed right. I will keep bringing them business because they have continued to treat me well thanks guys!

Late night part department is incredibly slow. Had to wait an hour to purchase my parts even though they were sitting on the counter in front of me because the troglodytes running the place got lost.

Needed a quick regin and code clear on my T680 to get me home and to my wrench in Chicago. Called Jessie in service who was very accommodating. Got me right in, cleared my codes and forced a regin. I was on my way and the price was very reasonable...this place isn't ur typical stealer dealer!
