Waisted of money and time. Had my truck for 3 1/2 days till I went and got it. in the service department. Mechanic didn't even look at what I brought the tru k in for. Wanted to charge me $4,545.00 for routine service like air filters, fuel filters, and other unnecessary things. PM was done 4 days prior to truck going in and all filters were done. Ended up throwing away 452. 60 for diag to include EPA fee. WHAT! For diag only. Know repairs were done. RIP OFF.

They never have reason for anything that why it is not covered under warranty. They said just it and want to charge people. We buy their equipment then buy warranties then when an issue occurs on even brand new truck, you guys say not covered and don’t even have a valid reason. STAY AWAY

What good review you guys have? Literally all of them are about you guys stealing people’s money. You guys don’t even know that there is a water separator and filter that is used in the truck. You guys make the trucks, you guys charge us for the trucks and don’t even know the parts. If your guys parts failed and something went through the fuel tank. That’s not our fault so stop trying to rob people and do your job. This should be all under warranty. It’s a brand new truck, all of that could have been in the tank from when we got it. It’s literally a brand brand new

Negative stars for sure. My truck has been there for 2 months. First they diagnosed it and said everything good and covered under warranty since you truck only have 36k miles and said you truck will be ready in 2 days. We sent a driver out in a plane all the way from California. Then once there, They said nothing under warranty which made no sense because it was literally a brand new truck. So stay away from this place. They just wanna make money and that’s it. They are really not worth it. STAY AWAY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Worst place ever no communication.. don't work weekends.. don't work past 9.. don't think they even work when they are at work.. cold molasses move faster they do.. will never get a load to this area ever again..been here a tomorrow makes a week.. and not a complete diagnosis...

Terrible place. Told me they could replace a few bad sensors within the day, I waited all day from 8am til 10pm in the waiting room before I got went and asked for an update and the clerk told me they couldn't finish until a day later. They had me wait all day until after the free public transportation was closed down so I had to pay for an expensive uber and a expensive hotel stay. I didn't get my truck back until around 8pm the next day. This all for just a drag switch sensor and a nox sensor replacement. 3 days later, I noticed they erased the parameters for my PTO in which I got to a customer and couldn't pump off a load because of it. I had to take my truck back to another shop in Chicago while pissing off the customer and losing money for that load. They also stole one of my grille pins or forgot to put it back.

The freightliner was great they got me in right away and had my parts in stock and got me back on the road for work the next day. "ASAP!"

Absolutely horrible. Quoted for fix of air leak $4000 for parts and labor, charged $500 for false diagnostics, we took the truck to Fyda of Zanesville OH who replaced 1 valve for total of $500 parts and labor. This is unbelievable, the dealership breaks all codes of ethics!!! I would not recommend this dealership. Will file complaint with BBB for corrupt practices. Following up on response of owner. Air tanks did not have water as my driver immediately pulled the release valves to check once he left the shop. Below does not indicate any options of replacing valve, states will need to replace everything. You shop wrote out the following. Good afternoon, Attached is the estimate for unit 146. While diagnosing the air leak concern my technician pulled the unit into the shop, verified the complaint that the air pressure is back feeding through the release valves. My technician blocked off each brake chamber and still has the same issue, he then disconnected the quick release valve and the issue went away. My technician found that the air tanks are filled with water, we will need to replace all air tanks, the air dryer cartridge and the air brake quick release valve. Remove and replace all water damaged items Labor total: $1,860.00 Parts total: $1,915.32 Sublet total: $0.00 Tax: $110.42 EPA FEE $75.51 Total: $3,961.25

Front office are very nice and friendly BUT their mechanics are SLOW as HELL
