Very quick and professional experience at Ray Price Volvo. Mohammad Khan was excellent and incredibly informative. There was no pressure to buy and he was very patient with me while I made the decision to purchase a beautiful C-40 Recharge. Mr. Khan took the time to have the car ready, clean and charged upon my arrival. He also answered every question I had about the electric car and then answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. After the sale was finalized he sat in the car with me to set up all of the profiles so that the car was personalized to me before I even left the lot. Anthony the financial manager was ready with all paperwork when I arrived, the paperwork was signed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. The next day mr Khan followed up to make sure that the car performed correctly on my ride home and to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. I would absolutely go to Ray Price Volvo again to purchase another car in the future.

Super helpful and eager to sell me a car until I left the lot to get remaining paperwork. I purchased a Volvo last year for my wife without issue from them, previous salesman was great, can’t say the same about the current staff. If you don’t bring thousands cash to put down they don’t treat you like a priority. You’d think in this market where they can’t even get cars and gas is at an all time high they would be more inclined to sell a truck. An absolute joke. Will be taking my money and business elsewhere.

A most wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful car at Ray Price Volvo. Robert Nelson was our salesman. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He spent so much time explaining all the features of the car before and after the sale of the car. When we picked up the car it was immaculate and they even put out the red carpet. Anthony the finance professional was great to deal with. He explained warranty details and provided great options at fair prices. I felt that both he and Robert were genuine and would not hesitate to make another purchase at Ray Price. I would highly recommend this dealership , Robert and Anthony to family and friends.

Ray Price Volvo exceeded its expatations dealing with Jennifer, online sales, Sandi. Sales Mgr. and Felix, Finance Mgr. Each of these team members were wonderful to work with; each playing a crucial role in closing the deal on the certified pre-owned volvo s60. Jennifer was very responsive from the first internet inquiry, providing answers to all my questions also providing information on a few vehicles we were interested in. I was transferred to Sheri to finalize the deal and I must say, she had a great personality, very pleasant and gave no pressure making the deal happen, next was Felix in finance he worked his magic along with answering all of my questions all 3 were TOP NOTCH! I was passed to Robert in sales for the pickup of the vehicle, i wanted a remote starter for the NE mornings for an extra fee that he made happen to be installed for the pick-up. I had called Robert making sure the vehicle would be detailed, remote start installed etc. I was assured it would not be a problem, keep in mind during Covid-19 we could not open the car doors or drive prior to testing. I also followed up with a email to Robert regarding having the vehicle cleaned and asking if the inspection was ok from the garage. When we arrived we were met with a smile from Robert and he was happy to show us the vehicle I hope to see you again late July/August once our other lease is returned. I was highly impressed with my experience purchasing a pre-owned Volvo S60 at Ray Price Volvo. The vehicle was priced fairly, clean, and in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition. From my intial contact with Starr in the BDC, to arranging the details of financing with the finance manger Anthony Baio, to delivery with Robert Nelson, all aspects of the process progressed smoothly and quickly. Anthony Baio did a great job setting up the financing, and was prompt, personable, and professional in his communications. Robert Nelson did a great job delivering the vehicle, ensuring I was fully comfortable with how to operate all the equipment in the vehicle, from setting up bluetooth on my phone, to making sure I knew I was familiar and comfortable with all the features on the car. He was thorough and a great asset. Furthermore I was very impressed that he went the extra mile in ensuring I had 2 keys to the vehicle, which was very important to me. I just had my car in for service and inspection. The service staff did an outstanding job in getting my car serviced promptly and thoroughly. When my car was returned to me, it was spotless! The detail guy/girl that cleaned my car did a superior job! I was very impressed with the work performed, and this dealership! Thank you for all of your hard work!

Love this place. Called on a Saturday, got an appointment for the same day. We were in and out in just under an hour. And they even washed the car.

Well it wasn't actually Volvo, because they have several companies such as Ford and Honda. I didn't have previous personal experience to go by, but I had heard many stories. Gary helped me and help isn't even the right word. He is an Angel on Earth. I didn't even feel like I was talking with a salesman. He was like a friend. He took so much time with me, I wonder if he thought it was too much. I think not though because his start to finish personality never changed. Bottom line extremely thorough and they really go to bat for you. If you need a car new or used go there. Rating of 1 to 10 they are about a 12!!!
