I called the service part & inquired about getting a bus inspected. The person on the telephone was very pleasant & courteous & responded by encouraging me to get there asap & get in line. I arrived about 30 minutes after our telephone conversation & I was presented to the service Manager Matt who started with the paperwork right away. He was very friendly & professional as well. I would have to say this was one of my best experiences in having my bus inspected! I am totally satisfied with the service & professional treatment I received.

Very professional. A 12-hour job took 2 weeks. I stayed in a hotel. I say this only because I have seen other truckers complain about slow work from truck repair shops. But almost the entire delay was due to delays that were out of Lonestar's control - related to getting the part. They went out of their way to expedite this and did everything they could to get me in and out. Sometimes the hardest part of being a trucker is waiting. But that's not their fault. Top notch business.

Customer service at this facility of subpar they don't communicate with you you have to constantly called them for updates they never return your phone call when you can't get ahold of them.

They r terrible charges me over 1800 $ and for a wrong diagnostic they chance the def pump and the problem was in the regenation terribleeee
