Drop the truck for replace a water pump and ask them a favor to rotate the trucks tires on drivers axles, so what they did they put inside rims to outside. Didn’t pay attention at the pick up , so I gotta rotate them again at the tire shop

stop giving warranty for outside shop***
my Truck stop at Chicago area
turbo charger cheaper 40% than JX with warranty
my friend advised me to buy from Chicago good price & warranty same day take new one
I think the best place for Part dealer
but after one month stop Over the Road turbo charger again
i take back they said I have to pay for new one & price going up
more than 1k & warranty check
Take 8 weeks then Return the amount
now after 8 weeks they said stop giving warranty for outside shop
I know three owner Operator bought from Chicago two working great with first time one start leaking same day warranty check
he take new one
all three owner Operator ruining

Friendly helpful staff. They even came it to show me a few things I didn’t know about the cabin amenities even though I had brought the truck in for a radiator leak. Being a new truck driver, this helped greatly.

I found JX to be the highest quality Peterbilt dealership that I have ever dealt with and I've experience with several. They were prompt and courteous, extremely professional and really made me feel like my issues were important to them. "Mo" in the body shop got the ball rolling quickly, cut through any red tape we encountered smoothly and got me on my way. If I ever need a dealership's help with my Pete again, I'll want a tow to Indianapolis.

Took truck in 1/31/2020 for a new clutch, carrier bearing. I was quoted $4064.80. I called in on 2/1/2020 to authorized the work. They started the work and found I also needed both rear engine mounts replaced and they informed me that they quoted with the wrong clutch! The new estimate is $8087.13!
The clutch they originally quoted me was $973.55 with a clutch kit at $286.27. The clutch I supposedly need is gonna cost $3461.18 with a clutch kit at $708.98.
To me this is a very bad business practice. It would be similar to me charging a shipper $800 for 200 miles half way to the reciever I realize fuel prices had shot up so I pull over and tell the shipper that the price is now gonna be $1600. This is dirty!
Peterbilt should have known with the VIN I provided exactly what that clutch was gonna cost me!!!
