Stopped in to pick up parts. Not overly welcoming or helpful. It seemed very flatlined and matter of fact. I like to give 5 stars so I will stop by again because I realize everyone has an off day. Note: tight quarters in the parking lot.

Jonathan in the parts department was such a life saver. He went above and beyond to locate me a part that was not in stock and on national backorder yet he found it for me in another state. I am truly thankful and appreciate his passion for helping his customers.

Great experience with them. They do get very backed up but that’s understandable considering people need their trucks fixed. Even being backed up they found the time to work my truck in to fix my AC in the time frame I needed it done and even below the quote I originally got from them. Great service.

Great experience purchasing a dump truck! We worked with David Burr and he was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. We had to order the truck which took a while, but David keep us informed and stayed in touch with us the whole time. On the delivery date, David had the truck and all paperwork ready when we arrived. He made everything very easy, less stressful and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend David and MHC for your next purchase!

Holy God if you use this place be prepared to bend over. They first hit you with an additional 2 hours of diagnostic time after the first 2 hours of diagnostic time. The problem would not start. After 4 hours of looking into the problem there was a cracked housing on the starter, a new battery and a relay. Oh and don't forget the fuse for the driver window. This repair was an hour at tops. 1 hour for $1100. Misc parts made up the other $1000. Sincerely, Ralph Ripped in Raleigh. Hey Rob Henderson. I took your advice (and partial refund) and continued to be disappointed by your service and attention. Brought my truck back to have engine looked at. Apparently there was a pop and whole in engine. When asked what could have caused this, nobody had a clue. Was quoted $10K for a new engine and they required 50% down. OK. Put my 50% down and 2 days later I get another phone call that the cost is now going to be $3.6K more because of a wire harness. You know if I was told that originally I might have decided to scrap the truck. The saga continues, the engine goes in and the TECH test drives it and notices a puff of yellow smoke. Now we are talking new transmission. Out the door for $22K. Oh by the way after the transmission was in I get a call that the brake light was on and If the wanted the TECH to look at it. NO, No and No. We're on the road again but day 2, no start. A causal look at the starter reveals that it just might be the old starter put back in at a cost of new starter $390.00 . Well mobile maintenance will be here Monday which was never confirmed by service. Adriana in accounting was supposed to return my call. Going on day 4 for that call. Anybody considering buying a truck or worse yet having it serviced at this business, you would have to be certifiably insane.

By far this place is hands down the best! Got my truck in to repair at midnight and out in 2 hours ,I was walk in and they were like family

Now I'm not a customer, more like a visitor. A guy who just happens to love trucks. The people here are extremely nice, they'll take care of your needs and wants, and overall are just extremely welcoming of anyone. The first time I came here, a good guy named Joseph took care of us for the time we were there, and I've been coming back ever since!

We always work with Mike from MHC and he is PHENOMENAL! He always arrives as soon as possible and gets our trucks on the road as quick as possible. I never have to wait long and he comes to us. He basically has become part of our workplace family. We love him and he is simply the best!

We have been using this location for years and they have never let us down! Mike, the mobile tech, has always been so kind and flexible with helping us out. Whether it is for a PM or just something random, Mike is always there to help. This is a great place to get your truck serviced!
