My truck has been there since Friday! I will update this review when my truck is out of there!!! UPDATE: There was definitely an uptick in customer service after my review. My truck was back on the road that Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, when your truck breaks down so far from the home base you are at the mercy of these dealerships. I understand they make their money in billing for labor, but what was done Tuesday could have definitely been done sooner. I added a star because after my initial review they responded to my review satisfactory.

There should be more stars for this Kenworth service department. I have never been to a service department that treated a driver so well. Mechanics were polite and keep you informed. Night time service manager was at the top of his game got me in and out with no issues. Service secretary nicest and super efficient in her job went beyond to make my stay there easier. All KW dealers should be as proficient and professional as Tupelo, Mississippi. Would go out of my way to return to have them work on my truck. Thank MHC Kenworth of Tupelo

Great customer service!!!They went out of the way 2 help us when our truck was overheating. They had it fixed n 3 hrs.We recommend them 2 anyone needing work done.We will go out of way 2 get service& repairs done here.They r friendly&knowledgeable

Been to this dealership three times now. Always had very satisfactory results. The shop is run very professionally and the mechanics seem very knowledgeable. The parts department is top notch and usually has the parts on hand. The sales staff is very friendly (trying to sell me a new KW 😂) All in all, I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

As a OTR. driver it’s important to know where to get quality repairs done on your equipment, especially when your so far from home. There is no better place for my money than the Tupelo, Ms. MHC Kenworth. I never had a bad experience there and they always get me back on the road quickly. With my last experience there dealing with Michael Covington the service advisor and there extremely knowledgeable transmission Mechanic Andrew just Solidifies my loyalty to there shop.
