DXB Transportation INC for Utility Trailer Sales-Central
This guys are doing great job always. This time my 2018 trailer air bag was blown out, Jacobs covered my air bag under warranty and saved me almost $200. This is not about money this is how you deal with your regular customer. As of today we are happy with their service.

Went there to get my trailer fixed the service area was closed, went into the office and explained to Ernie Trujillo what the problem was with the Trailer and he went out of his way to help fix it. Thanks to Ernie we was able to make next pickup and continued on our way. I highly recommend this professional establishment to everyone. Again thank you Ernie Trujillo for your help greatly appreciated.

OWNER OPERATOR for Utility Trailer Interstate
THEY ONLY SALE FOR CASH, NO LEASE NO RENT” They will promise everything but Nothing is same when you will arrive there, you can buy only cash, no lease no rent no financing. The trailer was 33900, on the phone they said if you put 3390$ down we will finance you and i arrived there and i tell them that i will put 20 000 down, not just 3390$ and they said sorry we can sell you the trailer only cash. So tell to the people that you don’t have lease or rent program , coz i was flying from Chicago to here and i’m going back. They are the only dealerships with so many flatbet reefer conestoga trailers at this hot market coz they don’t know how to sell

Trish Vivion Thompson for Utility Trailer Sales of Southern California, LLC
These guys are awesome! They were totally slammed when I brought in my brand new trailer with a door I had to hammer closed (pretty sure I just got out closed for the last time). They fit me in and fixed the door. Otherwise, would not have been able to pick up my next load. Great guys here.

Andre Shelby for Utility Trailer Sales Of Idaho Inc.
They were closed but found out that they have after hours service. Had an issue that the nearby Love's could not fix (4 hours). Actually, they misdiagnosed the problem and still couldn't fix. Utility, after hours, fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Great job!

safe. Sent here after yesterday's delivery. We have a trailer I'm guessing had a Reefer problem, now they want it out of here. Guess what, I'm the guinea pig driver to get it.

A MORE COMPLETE VIEW

Four details worth noticing.

Different people may interact with a business in different ways. Look for the context that makes an experience relevant to you.

01

Communication

Look for descriptions of updates, availability and how questions were handled. Specific examples are more useful than a label alone.

02

Service & reliability

Consider what service was provided, what was expected and what actually happened. Timing and circumstances can help explain the experience.

03

Recency & context

Check when the experience happened and whether it relates to the service or location you need. Older feedback may describe a different situation.

04

Responses & resolution

Read any follow-up or company response. It may add context, clarify a misunderstanding or describe what happened after the review.

YOUR EXPERIENCE CAN ADD CONTEXT

Write a review
someone can use.

A useful review explains what happened in your own words. Share both what worked and what could have been better, where relevant.

  1. 01

    Find the matching company

Check the name and identifying details on the profile. This helps keep your feedback attached to the right business.

  2. 02

    Describe your first-hand experience

Explain the service, approximate timing and outcome. Focus on what you personally experienced and keep unrelated private information out.

  3. 03

    Add your rating and review

Use the review section on the company profile. Sign in to submit your feedback, and make sure the rating reflects the experience you describe.

REVIEWS, EXPLAINED

Before you read
or write a review.

How do I find reviews for a trucking company?

Search by company name, MC or USDOT number above. Open the matching profile and look for its reviews. You can also browse the community feed on this page.

Where do I leave a review?

Reviews are attached to individual company profiles. Find the company, open its review section and sign in to share your experience and rating.

Are all reviews from the same source?

A review may show a source link or indicator, such as Google. Check the information on the individual review rather than assuming all feedback comes from the same place.

Does a rating tell the whole story?

No. Read the review text, date and available responses. Individual experiences can differ, so use reviews as one source of context alongside other information.

How can I report a concern about a review?

Use “Flag this review” on the relevant review and choose the reason that fits. See the review policies for further guidance.

Is a review the same as a safety report?

A review shares an experience and rating. For a specific incident, visit reports & complaints, where you can also find information about official reporting channels.
