If our ICE officers are using your trucks, you should be proud rather than posting your BS political stunt. We the people voted for that. If you don't agree just shut up. Let the law enforcement do their job inorder to protect their family. SHAME ON PENSKE.

Penske trucks have been seen being used by white supremacist groups, as clearly shown in the attached images. This isn’t an isolated incident, and it’s very concerning that Penske continues renting to these groups without any apparent action. Whether due to poor screening or indifference, this reflects very poorly on the company.

Rented a truck driving from Chicago to Texas. 1st truck smelled of smoke but that wasn’t a problem. While driving the molding came loose around the windshield got out pushed it back on. Then it did it again now I’m in Oklahoma called to make a report molding was hitting the passenger side window and could’ve cracked while driving. I pulled over and pushed it back on this time made sure it stuck so I thought. Crossing from Oklahoma to Texas noticing now the windshield was shaking called and was told I should’ve drove REALLY how about you should’ve inspected before you rented. His attitude was condescending and rude. I was 15 minutes from my house made it home safely. I’m a 60 year old woman never had this happen before and quite disappointed with them and NO they didn’t offer any discounts for my troubles. By the way did I mention it was pouring down rain. I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM EVER AGAIN not even for around the city rental. BE WARNED!!!

Shame on Penske! what a horrible experience. We bought a International from these thugs which was completely "inspected" by Penske. Thinking Penske is a reputable outfit we flew our driver out to bring it back. ROTTED OUT covered by thick layers of tar/paint . SHAME SHAME! Do not do business with this terrible almost criminal bunch of thugs.

Re: Billing Dep Selma, TX. I have, COUNTLESS TIMES, communicated with the Penske billing staff to use the new card I updated the account with. They ignore my request & continuously charge the old card, I am now $345 in overdraft fees & need that reimbursed! We have paid over $30,000 leasing the truck since March of this year. The least they can do is refund those fees!!! I CONTINUE to tell these people to remove my old card and they continued to charged it! They can not comprehend a simple request that is for a reason; I KNOW I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS TO COVER THE DRAFTS!!! I might as well deal with a robot at this point as they CAN'T COMPUTE the situation. We are leasing from Selma, TX, there have been other complaints on their billing, seems they can't get it right. AND they do not turn in invoices in a timely manner, one has to CHASE them to get it. If they call you and you miss their call they will not bother sending an email or a text (when they can and have done so before) The only thing the manager there does is circle back to the card I continue to request not be used.

If you enjoy working with children that gossip all day then this is the job for you. The call center is full of people without a college degree, but they all claim they do and they try to hire REAL college degreed persons hoping to make this place feel “corporate “. The call center is full of unprofessional idiots. Blue hair, tight clothes, gossiping, no confidentiality from HR, unorganized, mar-si rolls her eyes at you unless you’re a tall man, a lot of gossip and rolling eyes and no body understands their job even the ones working there 3 years plus. A Toxic environment if you are not a white man because white men wet these “corporate professionals “.

Never do business here. They do not practice honest business dealings. If you should try to do business with them just know, your deposit won’t be given back to you immediately. They hold it for up to 10 days not 5 like they will tell you. I am still waiting on mines. Had I in known this I would have never used their services. They will send you to the district and then to corporate. They will give you the run around. Very quick to take your money, less quick to resolve any issues. Incompetence all around.

canceled without any reason; didnt have any customer phone numbers to begin with, couldnt get a hold of this broker for days to get one and once we did get a hold of them they cussed us out for no reason and reposted it for a cheaper rate. we wouldve done the cheaper rate by the way, but anita from this company has an extremely bad attitude.

Liars. They gave an appointment time for delivery, but at delivery no one knows this and they postponed unloading for 4 days. The broker (katerin rodrigues) then began to lie that she called another number to schedule appointments. In fact, she most likely knew that the driver would not be unloaded for several days. No money, no apology. They just stopped truck for 4 days. Thank you, rotten broker.

I work with his company many times. I never found a bad Broker. This time I worked Mr. Matthew Clark. He is an awesome broker. He has done everything as he promised. Very polite guy and address the issue quickly as possible. I had no problem with the payment from the company. The best part is, he appreciates your hard work after you delivery the lode. Not many brokers do it. I can't wait to work for Bay and Bay + Mr. Matthew Clark.
