If you enjoy working with children that gossip all day then this is the job for you. The call center is full of people without a college degree, but they all claim they do and they try to hire REAL college degreed persons hoping to make this place feel “corporate “. The call center is full of unprofessional idiots. Blue hair, tight clothes, gossiping, no confidentiality from HR, unorganized, mar-si rolls her eyes at you unless you’re a tall man, a lot of gossip and rolling eyes and no body understands their job even the ones working there 3 years plus. A Toxic environment if you are not a white man because white men wet these “corporate professionals “.

Never do business here. They do not practice honest business dealings. If you should try to do business with them just know, your deposit won’t be given back to you immediately. They hold it for up to 10 days not 5 like they will tell you. I am still waiting on mines. Had I in known this I would have never used their services. They will send you to the district and then to corporate. They will give you the run around. Very quick to take your money, less quick to resolve any issues. Incompetence all around.

canceled without any reason; didnt have any customer phone numbers to begin with, couldnt get a hold of this broker for days to get one and once we did get a hold of them they cussed us out for no reason and reposted it for a cheaper rate. we wouldve done the cheaper rate by the way, but anita from this company has an extremely bad attitude.

Liars. They gave an appointment time for delivery, but at delivery no one knows this and they postponed unloading for 4 days. The broker (katerin rodrigues) then began to lie that she called another number to schedule appointments. In fact, she most likely knew that the driver would not be unloaded for several days. No money, no apology. They just stopped truck for 4 days. Thank you, rotten broker.

I work with his company many times. I never found a bad Broker. This time I worked Mr. Matthew Clark. He is an awesome broker. He has done everything as he promised. Very polite guy and address the issue quickly as possible. I had no problem with the payment from the company. The best part is, he appreciates your hard work after you delivery the lode. Not many brokers do it. I can't wait to work for Bay and Bay + Mr. Matthew Clark.

We drive over the road for UPS and we're having a problem with the AC in the sleeper berth. We drive out to California every week and when the AC isn't working in the back the driver who should be sleeping isn't. Our wiper motor stopped working so I contacted the Penske in Bridgeport NJ, spoke with Charlie, Rachel and Brittany at different times and was told it would be addressed. We headed out this week and nothing got done while they had our tractor, oh yeah they put grease on the 5th wheel. I have never been so tired behind the wheel while doing my shift. The response I got when I called to complain was one of not caring. Let's see if they care if something were to happen out here due to their incompidence

HEY FEDEX CORPORATE OFFICE IN PITTSBURGH! If you're reading this, please send help to the McCook terminal. And when you do, please let it be a surprise because Jose and Steve like to coach the managers on what to say and what not to say. The district told them to stop running extra packages through the sort, but they choose to do it anyway as if no one is going to notice. And on top of all that, they choose to send 1/3 of the crew home leaving only a skeleton crew to unload all the packages, which makes dispatch time late. And on other days there's a full crew with light work, and they still can't get done on time. Can someone explain why it takes until 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. to unload 20k packages? And can someone also explain why the trailers from Indiana are always late on Fridays? And can someone further explain what is the purpose of CPC? Other than annoying the drivers and making their day worse. All they do is lie to the drivers and the customers. A customer could cancel a delivery and CPC will send the driver anyway. When you do send help, help the Bedford Park hub as well and have a chat with Derek at CPC.

Worst broker, you can ever choose. They are so unprofessional. After my truck had been there for 5h, he told me that he could offer me a different load and that his customer is not letting him pay us TONU. After that, he called us again and told us that he could only do 100. Do not work with this broker. Worst of the worst
