0.5 hour work charge $500$ scamer

Took truck in for warranty work confirmed everything , they did work without authorization and that was never discussed and over charged at that !

Hi owner driver don't come to waste your time and money for nothing I got diagnosed three times for almost 1000 $ just for diagnosis only And they charge 185$ per hour people were nice at beginning of repair but at the end they were upset because I told them help me out with bill and they charge too much for easy repair and got out of them they don't finish the job so I left the freightliner of york to go somewhere else to fix it

Great staff here, the guys are on top of things, even though they didn't have the part I wanted

Just had a compreser,brake chamber and clamp changed, parts were only $1160 and total bill was $530.86 people don't go to this shop totally rip off customers and also we show up this Wednesday then they done after 7 business days and weekended. And also they don’t except card on phone. They just looking wire cost me each time $30 and also they don’t want work truck untill u pay have of this money my god. DONT GO THIS SHOP

We had an issue with this Freightliner in York, PA. Both my boyfriend and I explained to them the problem we were having on Monday morning (I even showed Corey a picture of all the lights on my dashboard)so Thursday night after staying in a hotel all week they called us and let us knew that our truck had been fixed. Friday morning we went to pick it up spent $2800 just to go outside to hook up to our trailer only to find that all of the lights that were on the dashboard initially and the nox sensor had not been fixed. We knew the nox sensor needed to he replaced bc the T/A had told us prior to coming there. Then they said they test drove our truck but they lied on the paperwork and said they went 9 miles when it turns out the odometer had only moved 3 miles. So looks like maybe they drove to a stop sign a came right back. So we let them know that all the lights were still on then they came out with their computer and told us they were going to have to put the truck back in the shop. Mind you now we're supposed to be heading to pickup a load bc we were told that everything was fixed (So we missed our load). They ended up making some kind of harness bc it wouldn't be there by the following Monday which is crazy bc had they fixed what we initially told them it would have been there. They also ended up breaking something on the truck which caused our truck to now not start (and they didn't write it in the paperwork) and they were going to charge us $75 to tow the truck out of the shop if we wanted to sleep in it and $75 to tow it back into the shop and we would have had to pay that everyday. They also broke something else and we ended up staying until Saturday afternoon to get what was supposed to be fixed to begin with and we still ended up leaving with an engine light on (None of what they broke is in the paperwork).We also asked to have the windshield fixed the very 1st day we bought the truck in and Corey let us knew that they have someone from an outside company that they call so we asked him to do so. When we got the truck back and we asked about the windshield he said he didn't know we wanted him to call them.These people Todd was the service manager and Corey was the first person we talked to all speak like they know what they are talking about but in terms they are just covering up for each other. Even the corporate office Ann and Jennifer they are no better. These people are frauds, scammers, and definitely a ripoff. And to make matters worse what I went in for was covered by warranty so why are we out $2800? Our next truck will definitely not be a freightliner I've seen so many bad reviews it's just ridiculous.

Very good dealership. They helped me today its 31 dec. Which I never expected. I was out of there in 2 hours got vpod fixed. I feel its bit expensive then canada but still I give 5 stars.

Last time i was here, i drove 300 miles just to see these guys. That is how good they are. I own my truck and i have always done my repairs in small shops because i thought i would waste time & money on this dealerships but not this dealer. i have been here four times this year alone. hands down, they r the best.

The roadside service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ever since then it went downhill. I arrived early in the morning with the roadside tech telling them exactly what needed to be ordered and what was wrong, yet they waited until almost 5pm that day to order the parts for the next morning. When the estimate was done the labor was more than the parts bill yet at the 148.00 per hour claimed labor rate the truck would have had to be worked on for 15 hours yet wasn't half that to fix. During the replacement of the power steering pump and the after treatment wiring harness several other vehicles were worked on while our clock was ticking. No updates by anyone on progress or timeframes. I arrived at 7:00am on thursday and sat here until late Friday night. At the end a nox sensor code came up on a sensor that was just replaced. The labor on this was equal again to the cost of the part. 360.00 labor for something that took less than 45 minutes to replace. Ive never seen such unethical business practices in my life. Were the truck repaired quickly I could see higher fees for the work. But not outright over charges for less than stellar service. Freightliners main office will be contacted so that at least hard working people don't continue to be taken advantage of. Lastly, when told that I lost two loads and needed an estimated timeframe I was told I could take it broken but that wouldn't be the smart thing to do. I hope the tech that was so great to work with finds a company that will value his knowledge. I'll never know because I'll have the the truck towed back to Minnesota before I'd return there.

I spent 2-3 days waiting for them to fixed my truck knowing I only went there for one specific reason which is the coolant. Second day coworkers "accidentally broke one screw" and don't have one in the shop so they have to look around other shops to find that screws, yet they still don't get it that our time and money are going down the drain just like that because they not taking this seriously. What happened on the day we left the shop makes me more disappointed about this shop. I was maybe 40 miles away and that coolant light went off again so that means they didn't do anything to fix my truck knowing they are so expensive starting from Labor is $100+ per hour. And when I go keep checking if they done with the truck they just on their phones doing nothing but the time is running....smfh And by the end of the day my company spend almost $2,000 just by doing nothing to the truck Shame, shame shame on you guys. You guys are making good money just by doing nothing.

I came in here at 1pm. The got my truck right in diagnosed and had my nox sensor replace and out the door by 7pm. Very happy with this place. Very professional and speedy service in my opinion. Justin, Todd , and Josh were awesome to work with. Very professional, courteous, straight shooters. Thank you Freightliner Of York. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
