It is a place that is both good and bad, but if you bring your documents in order, everything is perfect. Excellent place, excellent people or staff that serve you.

Flex Carrier Group, LLC for Eastbound Weigh Station I-70
I was pulling light load today. The weight station was open at 6:30 am. Got pull over and Officer J. Walter and his partner came to me and performed Level II Inspection Walk-Around, which I desperately needed. Old beast was ready for it. No validation was discovered, which means pass. Officer Walter gave me back my documents and driving license, and told me you're free, sir, and wished me a save trip, I believe. Thanks, Maryland motor carrier safety program. FCG appreciated today's inspection, experience, and conduct of officers who were on duty. By Sharmarke (FCG rep)

Quite possibly one of the most sophisticated scale houses out there. Before you even approach the scales, on the highway are many sensors that read your plates, your toll tag, RFID sensors read just about anything it can in your wallet, and they even snap a pic of your face,...all this happens before you even pull into the station itself.

Wonderful guy working the weigh station. We pulled in with a horse trailer and horses. We had a tire going bad on the trailer with no way to change it. He came out and offered to help by calling IMAP and they came out and saved the day. Thank you! guys..

The worst place you can ever be pulled into. Their scales are not accurate, got into a scale house in Arkansas and the weight was only 1000 lbs over on drivers axles was excused and issued a warning. (Legally driving at 78,900) Pull into this scale house (10 miles ahead) and it is 2000 lbs over. They argue about their scales being certified but so was the one down the street. Corrupt place that takes money from hard working truck drivers. Don’t take into consideration your previous scale ticket. Do not issue warnings even if you are new, in debt, and going through a crisis of your own as an owner operator. If I could rate this place negative I would. (Every time we have passed through this place it’s been a citation)

Four details worth noticing.

Different people may interact with a business in different ways. Look for the context that makes an experience relevant to you.

01

Communication

Look for descriptions of updates, availability and how questions were handled. Specific examples are more useful than a label alone.

02

Service & reliability

Consider what service was provided, what was expected and what actually happened. Timing and circumstances can help explain the experience.

03

Recency & context

Check when the experience happened and whether it relates to the service or location you need. Older feedback may describe a different situation.

04

Responses & resolution

Read any follow-up or company response. It may add context, clarify a misunderstanding or describe what happened after the review.

YOUR EXPERIENCE CAN ADD CONTEXT

Write a review
someone can use.

A useful review explains what happened in your own words. Share both what worked and what could have been better, where relevant.

REVIEWS, EXPLAINED

Before you read
or write a review.

How do I find reviews for a trucking company?

Search by company name, MC or USDOT number above. Open the matching profile and look for its reviews. You can also browse the community feed on this page.

Where do I leave a review?

Reviews are attached to individual company profiles. Find the company, open its review section and sign in to share your experience and rating.

Are all reviews from the same source?

A review may show a source link or indicator, such as Google. Check the information on the individual review rather than assuming all feedback comes from the same place.

Does a rating tell the whole story?

No. Read the review text, date and available responses. Individual experiences can differ, so use reviews as one source of context alongside other information.

How can I report a concern about a review?

Use “Flag this review” on the relevant review and choose the reason that fits. See the review policies for further guidance.

Is a review the same as a safety report?

A review shares an experience and rating. For a specific incident, visit reports & complaints, where you can also find information about official reporting channels.
